Fabulous service 12/22/2015

I've been taking my car to Duxler Firestone for years. The staff is very accommodating. They have handled several last minute repairs/emergencies, managing to fit me in to their busy schedule. They are all very polite and well-mannered and I have never felt like they were talking "down" to me, the layperson. more

As long as I can be sure Mark Schwartz is there to work on my cars, I will be a loyal customer. He's been my go-to mechanic for more than 25 years and I've found him to be honest (possibly rare in the auto repair industry), supremely capable, and efficient. more
