Great place for car service. 2/23/2016

I needed the typical 100,000 mile service, oil change, tire rotation, while at the same time, a ball joint & emission control value replaced. While it's painful to drop the much money, I experienced terrific service, the work was done right, and the price was competitive with other service centers. Duxler's good service and value has been consistent through the many years I've been a customer. John R., Libertyville more

Will not be returning 2/12/2016

I had an oil change & four tires were replaced in December. After that I had my brakes, routers, pads replaced in January. The brake light came on the dashboard and it was determined I had defective part. I had other issues that I asked to be looked at. There was little to no follow through on any of the issues. I had asked at least two times about replacing a burnt out fog light & back break light. Other concerns that should have been checked, or I should have been alerted about and/or brought to my attention was not done. I brought my car to another mechanic shop as I had lost faith in Duxler & will not be returning. more

We called to see if the guys at Duxler could look at noise and they told us to bring it over. They found problem with a belt and fixed it right away. 2/2/2016

The guys are always very helpful and take care of all our vehicles including our daughter's 2 cars. They even take care of us when we don't have an appointment. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else. more

Why I entrust my cars to Duxler Libertyville Tire 1/25/2016

Mechanic Mark Schwartz, at his independent shop, kept my cars running for 25 years before he joined the Duxler staff. Now I take them to Duxler because that's where Mark is. Dealing with Duxler--in addition to Mark--is always a pleasant experience. Service is friendly and efficient. I will continue to take my auto maintenance and repair business there for as long as the Secretary of State allows me to keep driving. more
