I live in Tracy, CA but choose to come to Dublin Hyundai for my regular maintenance on my Sonata. The Service staff has always been great, and people like Charles Holloway take Customer Service to the next level. As long as they keep employing people like Charles, they'll see me here every 5k miles for my regular Oil changes and/or maintenance on my Sonata. more

The device department is great and perform as promised. The only complaint I have us that I took our Sonata in for 2 major recall issues last week and was made to pay for my own rental car. They got me a decent rate but why should I pay for transportation because of their mistakes? more

Excellent service and staff at Dublin. I've used the shuttle service (very convenient) as well as stayed and waited at the customer lounge. It was comfy, great wi-fi and ok coffee. If they had a barrista...well then it would be 5 star for sure!! Keep up the good work and keep customer focused! more

I use only Dublin Hyundai for servicing my 2000 Elantra. They usually get things done AHEAD of my expected time and the prices are reasonable. more

I LOVE Dublin Hyundai's Service Department! I was having a little trouble with my car and wanted to get it in to be checked quickly but my local Fremont Hyundai dealership couldn't see me for about two weeks. I called Dublin and the lady at the call center booked my appointment for that day. The service agent that was originally supposed to handle my appointment was MIA and I was waiting for him for about 10-15 minutes. While I was waiting I was paying attention to a man that seemed to have 5,000 things going on at once. While he was working on his own stuff he kept answering the phone and transferring people even when there were other agents in the office that weren't doing anything. He later ended up taking over my appointment since the agent that was supposed to be helping me wasn't responding to any of the multiple pages they sent out for him. David was so incredibly helpful and attentive! He truly made me feel like he was listening to me and what I was feeling with my car and that he was going to put it in the best hands possible. I will make the drive out to Dublin every time I need to bring my car in for that type of customer service! Thank you so much David!!! more
