I LOVE Dublin Hyundai's Service Department! I was having a little trouble with my car and wanted to get it in to be checked quickly but my local Fremont Hyundai dealership couldn't see me for about two weeks. I called Dublin and the lady at the call center booked my appointment for that day. The service agent that was originally supposed to handle my appointment was MIA and I was waiting for him for about 10-15 minutes. While I was waiting I was paying attention to a man that seemed to have 5,000 things going on at once. While he was working on his own stuff he kept answering the phone and transferring people even when there were other agents in the office that weren't doing anything. He later ended up taking over my appointment since the agent that was supposed to be helping me wasn't responding to any of the multiple pages they sent out for him. David was so incredibly helpful and attentive! He truly made me feel like he was listening to me and what I was feeling with my car and that he was going to put it in the best hands possible. I will make the drive out to Dublin every time I need to bring my car in for that type of customer service! Thank you so much David!!!
