Appointment was easy to make. When I took my car in, service was prompt. The car was finished when they thought it would be. The rental car that was provided for me was effortless and made dropping my car off so very easy. more

Saved me a ton of money and grief! 10/16/2014

Moved down from up north. 07 Veracruz had a bit of rust and needed an alignment. Hardware was rusted solid, so there was fear that control arms needed replacement. DH ordered the control arms, but let the hardware soak in penetrating oil overnight. The next day, everything came loose and they were able to do the alignment. They returned the control arms and only charged me a reasonable fee for new hardware and the alignment labor. more

Recent Services 10/6/2014

Used on line scheduling for services. Easy to use and convenient. Only issue was ability to assess what estimated charges would be. Had 45K maintenance schedule performed and two recent Hyundai recalls. All worked performed on time and correctly. Charges seemed reasonable. more

Charles was fantastic. Made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Still trying to understand why the dealership has failed to list my oil changes as free since we purchased the service agreement. This has been ongoing for 15 months and they have failed to resolve the situation. It is a finance dept error. I have spoken to them and they say each time it will be fixed the next time. It has not been fixed, yet. more

Would have been 5 stars had the service Rep informed us of need to reboot bluetooth, XM and guidance previous locations. Vehicle cleaned and work done ahead of time. more
