A BLOWDRYER SET ON DESTROYING 12/9/2014

I am extremely disappointed with the Dublin Service center. On my second visit to have my USB/AUX port fixed I get a call while at work asking "so what's wrong with your usb port?" -- how the fuck would I know? That's why I brought my car to a professional. ON the first visit I was told some tale and that I wold have to bring it back because they need to order a part…SO what happened to the notes and the part? Do you guys not keep a record? IS Dublin Hyundai that UNORGANIZED? Then my mom tells me later that day that the genius who worked on my car told her I must have blown the fuse in the USB port by plugging in a blow dryer. I really wish I had the day off for your numb nut of an employee to try and lie to me instead of my poor mom. Really A BLOW DRYER. ThE AUDACITY IS TRULY INSPIRING. more

I had a recall on my car but I'm from Oakland so I came in the morning was attended to right away. Was told how long and what was being done then I was told where to wait for a ride and offered coffee and donuts inside, which was great for me being a coffee drinker. Ride came in about 5 mins and car was done on time and returned clean and in the same condition!! Great experience more

I had a situ to have windshield replaced before my oil change, a mix up with All Glass not being on site to do the job at 8 am, but Danny took charge, called them they came to get vehicle, then problem with windshield, but he kept me informed by cell which was wonderful. more

Long wait times (30min+) both on drop off and pick up even though it was a scheduled appointment. Too much attempt to upsell unwanted services even when I specifically had requested what I wanted. After service, there was a noticeable and new scratch on my vehicle that I am positive wasn't there before. more
