I am extremely disappointed with the Dublin Service center. On my second visit to have my USB/AUX port fixed I get a call while at work asking "so what's wrong with your usb port?" -- how the fuck would I know? That's why I brought my car to a professional. ON the first visit I was told some tale and that I wold have to bring it back because they need to order a part…SO what happened to the notes and the part? Do you guys not keep a record? IS Dublin Hyundai that UNORGANIZED? Then my mom tells me later that day that the genius who worked on my car told her I must have blown the fuse in the USB port by plugging in a blow dryer. I really wish I had the day off for your numb nut of an employee to try and lie to me instead of my poor mom. Really A BLOW DRYER. ThE AUDACITY IS TRULY INSPIRING.
