We've purchased several vehicles from Dublin Hyundai. Each time we were promised that they would expedite the process, but it still took many hours to do the paperwork for a simple, cash, sale. The last purchase was a used car, about which we were given patently untrue information. Such a shame, as we will never purchase another car from them. On the flip side of that is the service department, which is friendly, efficient and has a staff that goes our of their way to make customers happy. Five stars for service, but zero stars for the sales department and, since most people are going to a dealership to buy a car, I can only give two stars.
