San Diego Drain Experts came out after hours to diagnose the problem in the dark and pouring rain. They came back the next day to do the work. This is a rental house and the water was overflowing the drains and threatening to breach the outside doors to the home. Ali had the drains cleared and the problem solved quickly. We had san diego drain come out and snake our area drain. There service rep came out and snaked the drain( which was installed by a previous owner, and then positioned a palm tree right above it, this drain also runs for about 50 feet under tile) After attemptingto clear the drain, Ali came by our house at 6pm that night to look at the situation since we were feeling quite frustrated with our major problem. He offered his personal service on saturday to work on clearing the drain. After 4 hours of above and beyond effort he cleared the drain of many small roots but 2 root bundles that were 6 feet long. On August 31, 2010, Daniel M. arrived on time for the appointment. As a matter of fact, he was a few minutes early. I needed two toilets changed to the higher style, plus find a possibile leak in one bathroom. We duscussed the price and asked him when he coild do the work. His reply was today. I said great and he lift to purchase the toilets. He was back in no tme. Both bathrooms were done with in the hour. The whole time he was working on the instulation, he told me what was going on & why. Daniel was very resectfull of my needs, stayed very clean (I don't know how)& was a complete gentleman during the whole experience. Great job Daniel!!!!! Catch a mistake that the previous contractor did and fixed the error. The excess door is nicely installed. The only complain I have is the cost is a bit high. I found Javier's service and friendliness excellent, and I just thought it was a little expensive (but not his fault). Ali Tuncbilek provided me an inspection of my main sewer line and identified a potential problem of clog up. My old age water heater had a slow leak. Since Ali was at my home, I asked for his opinion. Ali recommended immediate replacement before the tank has a complete failure. Ali placed a call to dispatch to send over a tech the same morning since he had another prior appointment. Raymond Barnhart was in the area on a job. He came over to assist me installing a water heater and cut/solder a water line to the water heater. Raymond and I went to a local home improvement store in his company truck. We picked up a new water heater and neccessary replacement parts. His work was prompt and complete. I will refer this company to others in the future. very much over priced for such a small amout of time spent fixing problem. should have been no more than 100.00. senior discount too small. should have done a better job of clean up. I assure you if you call us back, this will not happen again. Our $225 charge is very reasonable due to the work you had done. The jetter the plumber used, which is 4,000 PSI, is a high tech tool that costs more than $40,000. When you add that, the labor and the cost of getting to your home, our price is fair. Please do shop around and you will see that most companies charge a lot more (more like $450-$850) You have a one year warranty, so if anything happens at all, you can call us and rest assured that you will not be charged anything more. more

hi i would just like to tell you i will never use your company ever again i need a new vale to be installed i had a plumber come to my home he looked at the pipe said he had to go get some parts witch was OK he returned and said he could not do anything until his supervisor came do to the company did not trust him to do the job two hour later some other guys showed up and did the job in about five minutes RESPONSE FROM California Drain Experts: I am so sorry to hear that you were not happy sir. We actually received a call from your technician telling us that he was feeling sick after he went and picked up your part. We asked him to wait for a supervisor just to make sure the job would be done correctly as when we are not feeling well, we can make unwanted mistakes. His supervisor rushed and did show up to your home to install the part. We have here that it took him 25 minutes to do so. However I am sure the part was installed correctly and the price you paid was a discounted rate do to making you wait for the supervisor. Our technicians feeling sick is a very rare event. It has probably happened 5 times in the last 4 years. He actually had an upset stomach and had to stay home the next day. Sometimes these things happen and I am very sorry that it resulted in such and inconvenience. We hope that you will give us another chance in the future and we will make sure we make it up to you.
