Review content:
Ali Tuncbilek provided me an inspection of my main sewer line and identified a potential problem of clog up. My old age water heater had a slow leak. Since Ali was at my home, I asked for his opinion. Ali recommended immediate replacement before the tank has a complete failure. Ali placed a call to dispatch to send over a tech the same morning since he had another prior appointment. Raymond Barnhart was in the area on a job. He came over to assist me installing a water heater and cut/solder a water line to the water heater. Raymond and I went to a local home improvement store in his company truck. We picked up a new water heater and neccessary replacement parts. His work was prompt and complete. I will refer this company to others in the future.
