very much over priced for such a small amout of time spent fixing problem. should have been no more than 100.00. senior discount too small. should have done a better job of clean up.

The technician apologizes if he did not clean up well enough. I assure you if you call us back, this will not happen again.
Our $225 charge is very reasonable due to the work you had done. The jetter the plumber used, which is 4,000 PSI, is a high tech tool that costs more than $40,000. When you add that, the labor and the cost of getting to your home, our price is fair. Please do shop around and you will see that most companies charge a lot more (more like $450-$850)
You have a one year warranty, so if anything happens at all, you can call us and rest assured that you will not be charged anything more.
