The good thing is that now you will not have any main line or lateral issues and the city side is in good condition as well. The price in my opinion for changing around 60 ft of pipe including 2 inch laterals, was extremely fair. You also have a lifetime installation and 1 year drain cleaning warranty for the whole house. These guys are the drain experts as the name suggests. They came out quickly and showed me what needed to be done and what could wait. No bait and switch. No BS. They got a big job done the next day as they promised. I called them back out on a small job New years eve and at no extra cost the Tech was out and had that job done in an hour at a fair price. I have added them to my phone's contact list as the first plumber to call for my rental property and personal residence. This job was VERY EXPENSIVE and, if I were to break it down to hourly (over $200 per hour worked), never would've paid for it on an estimate. However, it needed to be done as I was in a bind without water (leak in master line). The initial SD Drains investigator impressed me more than the other two companies I had called. He knew what he was talking about and knew how to go about repairing it. When the job was complete, the workmanship was INCREDIBLE and more than I expected. Even though it was expensive, they did a lot of work... digging 4-6 feet down into asphalt and dirt, finding the fault and repairing it to better than original, cementing over the cutout. We have used them multiple times now for a variety of different plumbing issues for our business, which is in a commercial building. They do a good job, and always complete the work. We use San Diego Drain Experts all of the time for work on many different rental properties. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to the big jobs, which is why we use them. They are so thorough and really get to the source of the problem. We just used San Diego Drain Experts this week for a problem with a leaking water pipe under the cement. They jack-hammered through the cement, fixed the problem, and put the cement back. Not only has their service always been very good, but they give us very reasonable rates. They are the best.
