I had drain and rescue come and check out my AC to get it ready for the summer. They were polite and respectful of my home...even put on shoe covers!! Cheap price and friendly service!! Bring on the summer heat!!! more

No Show Twice! 4/21/2011

I called on a Saturday and they scheduled for someone to come on Tuesday between 1 - 5. I waited until 5 and when no one called I called them to see if they were still coming. They said oh we will have someone come out the next day. Well on Wednesday I sat and waited again from 1-5. Again a NO SHOW. So I called them and they were like sorry we aren't getting anyone out to your house. Okay why couldn't they call to let me know this, reschedule, or cancel. I do not recommend this company! more

House was hot and he stopped by 4/20/2011

The service was very good and I liked that worker was very likeable and friendly. Joshua explained very well what was happening to our air conditioning in ways we could understand. He made recommendations on how to keep our house cool. He was great. Thank you. more

Great Service 4/20/2011

Joshua showed up to flush out our system to get it back up and running. He spent a lot of time explaining why he was doing what he was, and provided some recommendations to make the unit cool the house more efficiently. He was very professional and explained things in a manner that I understood. He took the time to go over things, and stayed to make sure the house cooled to a desired temperature. Joshua was wonderful, Thank you so much more

Personable and Professional 4/20/2011

Henry came and diagnosed the problem we were having with our sump pump. They needed to order the parts so Jim came within a couple of days and competed the repair. The repair did not take as long as anticipated, so they adjusted the price accordingly. I feel comfortable calling them back if another problem occurs. Thanks, guys! more

Prompt , honest, and excellent service 4/19/2011

I had my first experience with Drain and Air Rescue today as it was my day off and I had a multitude of plumbing problems that needed addressing. I did research on line to fine a good plumber that seemed to get good reviews. From my first interaction with the lady that answered the phone to Jim who came out to do the repairs, everyone was polite, honest, and positive. The work was done in a timely matter, the repairman, Jim wore shoe covers and cleaned up the area before he left. He was easily able to repair my garbage disposal and saved me the money of needing to purchase a new one and even showed me how I could fix it myself in the future. He replaced the toilet that would have required major work, replaced my outside faucets and two shower heads. No work was put off till another day and he gave honest estimates of the prices before he began the work. This was a very positive experience and I plan to call them again for my plumbing needs. I highly recommend them! more

Great company 4/15/2011

Our AC broke a couple of days ago so we called Austin Drain and Air Rescue. It has been a wonderful experience. They were able to get a tech out ASAP. The tech Joshua was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to make sure I understood everything causing the problems with the unit. Other than needing a new unit this has been a great experience! more

Great Advice! 4/11/2011

Wow! Josh came out and took care of our annual preventative maintenance on our two AC units. He sat down and took a history of our home, was highly personable, did a thorough work-up and even took pictures to show me where we had multiple leaks in our air conditioning in our attic. He was highly professional and I will be requesting him again. more

Great Service, Great Price, Quick Sunday Response 4/10/2011

I had a plugged drain line that backed up into my bathroom sinks and air conditioning drain. I couldn't be without AC, even if it was Sunday! For some reason I bypassed the ""big name"" ""A/C companies and gave these guys a call before 7 AM on Sunday. I was surprised that I got a ""real person,"" not just an answering machine. I'm sorry that I didn't get her name, but she was helpful and anxious to get my problem resolved. Jim Palmer arrived shortly after 10 AM, as promised (yeah, only about 3 hours after my Sunday morning call). I won't go into all of the details, but he spent at least 1.5 hours tracking down the problem, which was far more complicated than either of us expected. Jim was GREAT! He was polite, clean, and efficient. He diagnosed and repaired a problem that had plagued us off-and-on since our home was built 17 years ago! Moreover, the bill was far, far, less that I expected. I can't say enough good things about Jim and this company. I need some work done on my HVAC system and I'll be calling them back soon. more

Great Service .Technician and Price 4/6/2011

Josh Turner is a great representative and technician for your company. He was polite and very knowledgeable about all services and products. We have a great rapport and I will be calling on your company whenever we have any plumbing or A/C needs in the future. I am on your monthly service plan and feel I am well taken care of as an important customer. I couldn't ask for a more responsive team to help us maintain our home. Josh installed new thermostats for ease of use and temp control. They work great. He also installed float switches to ensure that our A/C units never overflow and damage our ceiling and floors. I am very happy and it gives me more peace of mind when I have those big A/C units in the attic. Jim Palmer also gave us a quote for tankless water heaters and I'm sold! more

Sergio was a very good representative of your company. He made a good appearance, wore the blue booties, was courteous and professional. He spent many hours in our hot attic and didn't complain and removed all the garbage. He left the place as clean as he found it. more

Great Service 4/4/2011

Josh is awesome. He rebuilt a bunch of my ductwork for a zoned system, put in manual dampers for air balancing, and got all of my ductwork sealed up tight (old and new). He's very knowledgeable, detail oriented (I'm a picky engineer) and made an extra effort to keep me informed of everything he was doing. I had a few technicians come out for this job, and he was definitely the best. more

HVAC Cleaning 4/4/2011

Joshua came to our house to clean and examine our unit. He was very courteous and professional! He made sure and put booties on over his shoes to protect our floor, was polite when talking to us and made sure we understood what he was saying about our unit. He made suggestions but was not pushy and I did not feel intimidated into purchasing something I did not want at this time. We were very happy with the entire process and service! We recommend Austin Drain and Air Rescue to anyone. more
