I had my first experience with Drain and Air Rescue today as it was my day off and I had a multitude of plumbing problems that needed addressing. I did research on line to fine a good plumber that seemed to get good reviews. From my first interaction with the lady that answered the phone to Jim who came out to do the repairs, everyone was polite, honest, and positive. The work was done in a timely matter, the repairman, Jim wore shoe covers and cleaned up the area before he left. He was easily able to repair my garbage disposal and saved me the money of needing to purchase a new one and even showed me how I could fix it myself in the future. He replaced the toilet that would have required major work, replaced my outside faucets and two shower heads. No work was put off till another day and he gave honest estimates of the prices before he began the work. This was a very positive experience and I plan to call them again for my plumbing needs. I highly recommend them!
