After scheduling and reviewing many other laser options in OR, I felt that Key offered the best variety of services. I arrived on time for my appointment was kept waiting for over 20 mins, when I asked how long the wait would be the staff seemed a bit clueless. Once I was finally moved to a consultation room I met w/a RN who ran me through and took several photos, finally after another 15 mins of waiting I met the Dr.\r Not only did he seem rushed during our session, but limited information was offered regarding why he recommended certain procedures. I have to say I have never been in a Dr. office were I felt more uncomfortable or hurried, I felt as if I was imposing on the Dr. 's time and he just wanted to sell me on procedures. \r After finishing the consult I was at a 2 hour mark for the time spent in the office, having reviewed similar laser services, the cost quoted was over 50% higher than I had seen anywhere else. \r Based on this first experience alone, I would not go back to purchase any services, although cost was not an issue I was so disappointed in the experience, staff and especially the Dr. I would advise not spending the $100.00 consult fee-look elsewhere.\r more

DON'T BOTHER! KEEP LOOKING ELSEWHERE! Prices were grossly high, and for what reason, a doctor that can't make his appointments, or staff that can't pull it together? To start off, my consultation appointment was rescheduled two times, once at last notice! When I finally went in for my consultation, I waited over an hour to see the doctor, and while I tried to follow the circles he was talking in, I left still very confused. This doctor needs to retire and let someone take over that can get out a complete sentence and make sense, and show up on time! There was no regard for how much money I was willing to spend for results. After much research I scheduled my first treatment. When I came in for my treatment the office was very busy and all the staff seemed very unprepared, scattered, and was rushing around like chickens with their heads cut off. This made me very anxious for my treatment. After being taken back I was put in a room to wait and was told that there was someone else using the laser for my treatment. Do they not take care of these things with schedules? To make a long and painfull situation short, IT WAS ALL A HUGE WASTE OF TIME! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE WHERE THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND HAVE IT TOGETHER! Cons: Bad service all the way around. more

The doctor kept me waiting 45 minutes for my $100 consultation then his staff quoted me a price for treatment and when I didn't book, decided to quote me a knew one several days later claiming 'they had made a mistake.' Given that the new and improved price was better, I did indeed book an appointment and when I arrived they had no knowledge of that price in their system and the staff member who quoted me the price (on paper mind you which I had NO idea I would need to bring in my defense) refused to show her face. TOTAL bait and switch. It seems like the doctor certainly knows his stuff but isn't too adept at minding the business side or his staff. Should really consider hiring professionals. I wouldn't be surprised if they're not out of business in the near future due to the incompetent office staff. Key Laser Institute was a massive waste of time and money. Explore your options. Very friendly on the phone and eager to gather information and create a consult appt. Failed to advise on consult fees. Drove through traffic out to Beaverton during my lunch hour only to find out about up front fees when asked to sign paperwork. Very frustrating! Would have had no issue if explained up front. Out of frustration, I left. Cons: Should explain all costs up front more
