Review content:
Very friendly on the phone and eager to gather information and create a consult appt. Failed to advise on consult fees. Drove through traffic out to Beaverton during my lunch hour only to find out about up front fees when asked to sign paperwork. Very frustrating! Would have had no issue if explained up front. Out of frustration, I left.
