Absolutely horrid service. When I called in to make my appointment I knew exactly what dress I wanted to see and was assured that I would have her ""undivided attention"". From the moment we walked in she was convinced we couldn't afford the dress (sorry i don't want to dress up when out shopping). She didn't make any suggestions on veils, shoes, head pieces etc.when I got the dress on I immediately knew it was the one I wanted, and got the confirmation by my little sister whose jaw dropped as I walked out, yet as I stepped up to see the full length she comments on my sisters shoes. then walks away saying ""I'll let you look at yourself"" After that comment and treating us like she didn't have time I found another bridal store that had the dress and drove an extra hour out of the way to buy it. My only thought towards them is I wish they got commissioned because she missed out. My overall recommendation is go ANYWHERE else to find your gown more

Dora's Bridal was a good place to go to. I recently went there looking for a prom dress. Although they didn't have the biggest selection, the service was amazing. They lady helped me pick out dresses, stayed with me while I tried them on, and even helped me clamp together the dresses that were too big on me. I found 2 dresses I liked a lot, but I decided I was going to keep looking. Although I didn't buy anything, the lady said she would hold the dresses for me for up to 2 weeks and even gave me a coupon for 20% off. All in all it was a great expirience. They were rude to me the first time I even stepped foot in this place. It's a magical experience for a bride to try and dresses and I got far from magical. As I was picking out dresses to try on, the sales woman suggested a dress. I said No, I dont really like that one. Her response in a snide manner, Well how do you know what you like? You have not tried any dresses on yet. I said, I just dont like the material, it's too heavy. Had I not found my dream dress there, I would have gone elsewhere. I recently purchased a bridesmaid dress from Dora's for my sister's wedding. If I would have listened to their advice and ordered the size they advised me to get, it would have been way too big! I ordered a size smaller, actually gained some weight and the dress fits. Dora's advised each of the 7 bridesmaids to order dresses one to five (yes, 5) sizes too big! One poor bridesmaid had to pay $40 extra for a plus size and then was accused of losing too much weight when the dress was way too big! Now they want to charge her for alterations! Dora's claimed that the "don't make mistakes" and that "the tape measurer doesn't lie". I feel that this is their way of making more money for unneeded alterations. I first heard about Dora's Bridal when I visited the Bridal show in January. I came in from out of town for the show and to visit several of the bridal salons in Cleveland. After meeting them at the show, I put them on my list and came back a few weeks later. From the time I came in to the store, I was treated like family. I found a beautiful gown that both I and my mother loved and bought it. Since they are a special order shop, my gown was ordered and it actually came in earlier than the expected date, I was so excited when I went back to the store to try it on. It was PERFECT. This time I brought along several of my bridesmaids as well, and found a few styles that looked great, we ordered the dresses for the girls who were there, and several of my other friends went in later to get measured and order. When the dresses arrived, they looked great. We had several minor alterations done, and their seamstress was wonderful to work with. I have to admit that I was a little bit nervous abo more

I am currently in the process of dealing with Dora's Bridal, and I WOULD NOT recommend them to anyone. I had been to the store several times prior to ordering my flower girl and bridesmaid dresses and had no issues; I actually enjoyed all of my encounters there. That was until my dresses came in. A total of 8 dresses where ordered, so far 7 have arrived and ALL 7 do not fit. Come to find out that NONE of the girls where measured correctly and NONE of them where told that the sizes they where ordering where WAY OFF. I had been advised to order my daughter a 3 for her measurements, come to find out she truly needed a 5 given the company measurements, the list goes on. My sister was advised to buy a 10 when she was actually a 14 in that companies dress, same for ALL my others girls. DO NOT ORDER YOUR DRESSES THROUGH DORA'S BRIDAL!!!! They purposely mis- advise so you pay for alterations, I PROMISE YOU. I have spoken with other woman who will tell you the same exact thing. I gave them over more
