Absolutely horrid service. When I called in to make my appointment I knew exactly what dress I wanted to see and was assured that I would have her ""undivided attention"". From the moment we walked in she was convinced we couldn't afford the dress (sorry i don't want to dress up when out shopping). She didn't make any suggestions on veils, shoes, head pieces etc.when I got the dress on I immediately knew it was the one I wanted, and got the confirmation by my little sister whose jaw dropped as I walked out, yet as I stepped up to see the full length she comments on my sisters shoes. then walks away saying ""I'll let you look at yourself"" After that comment and treating us like she didn't have time I found another bridal store that had the dress and drove an extra hour out of the way to buy it. My only thought towards them is I wish they got commissioned because she missed out. My overall recommendation is go ANYWHERE else to find your gown
