Went here for a bridesmaids dress as it was the store the bride had picked. When I entered for a fitting no one wanted to help me. Luckily I brought someone with me. I then find out that they did not have an example dress to try on for sizing so I had to order my size based on the assistants measurements. Lets just say she made me feel downright awful. I'm am not a stick but I am also not obese. I have a very sporty fit. The assistant insisted I order a dress that was 4 sizes too big. I was admit that I was not that size but she kept saying - you don't want to be the one that can't dot in her dress. We can't make a dress bigger. So no surprise when the dress comes in it is way way to big. They try to push having them alter it at an unreasonable price. No thank you I will get that service elsewhere. I'm 100% convinced they have you get a dress way to large so they get alteration service. more

Absolutely horrid service. When I called in to make my appointment I knew exactly what dress I wanted to see and was assured that I would have her "undivided attention". From the moment we walked in she was convinced we couldn't afford the dress (sorry i don't want to dress up when out shopping). She didn't make any suggestions on veils, shoes, head pieces etc.when I got the dress on I immediately knew it was the one I wanted, and got the confirmation by my little sister whose jaw dropped as I walked out, yet as I stepped up to see the full length she comments on my sisters shoes. then walks away saying "I'll let you look at yourself" After that comment and treating us like she didn't have time I found another bridal store that had the dress and drove an extra hour out of the way to buy it. My only thought towards them is I wish they got commissioned because she missed out. My overall recommendation is go ANYWHERE else to find your gown more

They had the whole bridal party buy dresses that were too big so they could charge for alterations. i bought a size smaller than she suggested and it was still way too big! They also said they would do alterations to a veil and backed out. more

Good: They had a great selection.. Bad: They measured all 7 bridesmaids incorrectly and advised them all to get dresses in the wrong size. Then they proceeded to claim that they "do not make mistakes" and "the tape measurer doesn't lie". On top of that they charged one of the bridesmaids $40 extra for a plus size dress that she didn't need so large. Now they want her to pay more money for alterations for their mistake. They have added more stress than any bride deserves.. Improvements: I would like them to apologize for their mistakes, and make some effort to make amends for treating our wedding party so poorly!. Other: I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.. more

Bought everything I needed for my wedding here along with the Bridemaids dresses. The quality is AMAZING and the service was excellent. I recommend this bridal store to anyone I meet who is getting married (Prom too). Forget all the huge take a number bridal salons. Coming Attractions helps you on a very personal level. Highly recommended. A++++ more
