The girl I spoke to on the phone who scheduled the appointment was very rude! She was $@!#% that we kept asking questions. Answering questions of costumers is part of the service ...

Donald P. Dick Air Conditioning installed an air conditioning unit for me about 20 years ago and I just recently had them replace it with a new one. The service is quick, efficient, and they're in and they're out. The prices are fair. David is professional, responsive, and courteous. I'm very satisfied with the new unit keeping my house nice and cool. more

I had two ac systems that needed changed out. I called around and expected them to be one of the highest. They were the lowest. I have dealt with them for 15 years and they are knowledgeable, quick and professional. I recommend them to everyone who asks. more

The girl I spoke to on the phone who scheduled the appointment was very rude! She was $@!#% that we kept asking questions. Answering questions of costumers is part of the service so she should be happy to be of help. She needs to understand what " customer service" is all about because she is giving the company a bad image. On the other hand the guys who came and actually fixed my A/C were great! The people who actually did hard work under extreme condition ( very hot d/t my A/C being broken ) were very professional! Unlike the one sitting in the office. Grrrr!!! more

Mr. Cool Air Conditioning of Fresno has been the only company I've used since I moved in here and I've been here for nineteen years. I was given good service from the git-go. They come around and service my a/c and heating twice a year. They get everything ready for the spring and summer and then get everything ready for the winter. The people are very nice. I would highly recommend them. more

The workers from Donald P. Dick Air Conditioning that came in to install our new a/c unit were very clean, quick, and seemed to know how to do things. They were very professional. It was in and out and they answered all my questions. My sales person was very knowledgeable about the product and very knowledgeable about putting the a/c unit in. more

Donald Dick Air Conditioning was willing to work with our schedule and got it all done within our time frame. The workers were very friendly and the agent was real professional about coming out, assessing the work, and treating our home with respect. The installers were just as great! We plan to make another purchase from them in the fall as well! more

Mr Cooler Air Conditioning of Fresno is the only service we use because they are great. They say what they are going to do, they are reasonable, and they come out on time. They are punctual and polite and have a courteous staff. They have very good businessmen and customer service since we started using them 13 years ago. more

I called them and they were able to fit me into their schedule very quickly. The job was done at a good pace, it was not rushed. I was very satisfied with how it came out. They called after the first day they were out working to ask if I had any questions, and make sure I had all the info I needed. more

Donald P Dick Air Conditioning did exactly what I asked, when I asked them to do it. It is hard to get people to do things on time, as wanted, but they were fantastic and did just that. I would use them again in a heartbeat. more
