I have put up with the poor service and communication regarding my security cameras because it was going to be difficult to find another vendor. However after this last incident whereby nobody will respond to me about a service call I am definitely changing. My camera has been down for a week and I have not had a response to my service request. My cheap dlink cameras in my house work better. RESPONSE FROM Dominion Design & Integration: Hugh, I am very sorry that we did not meet your expectations regarding your security camera repair. I know that we left a message at your house to try and schedule an appointment, but we didn't realize you were out of town. We are constantly trying to improve our communication and response time and I hate that we let you down. Please let us know if we can be of service in the future. more

UNACCEPTABLE in every way !!!!!!!!!!! 9/20/2016

Customer Service, Follow through, and overall communication are POOR to say the least. There is no clear understanding on how these guys work. It is a "shoot from the hip" program and Chad in particular goes off in explaining STUFF that has no clear explanation or meaning. I have gone as far as calling the Owner and no resolve has been given. These guys are a Circus !!!!!!!!!!! RESPONSE FROM Dominion Design & Integration: Robert, we are very sorry that we did not perform to your expectations. Servicing a complex system like yours that we did not install can prove challenging, especially after a lightning strike caused extensive damage. We should have set more realistic expectations up front. more

Wonderful Experience 1/4/2016

Dominion wired all our security and AV in our new home which included working with the AT&T technician to get all up and running in very little time . They also did an amazing job in hooking up all of our AV equipment and showing us how to utilize. Am very impressed with their professionalism and look forward to continuing to work with them. more

we bought a new 75" Samsung TV and had Dominion do the installation. they were very prompt and efficient. when we had a minor glitch in our remote they came back and fixed the problem quickly more

Trevor called before the time scheduled for his arrival, to let us know he was running behind and when he would arrive. We appreciated this, because some service company people never call and we are left in the dark awaiting their arrival. Trevor knew what he was doing and he was able to do the in only about 20 minutes. more

Superb, Outstanding and Thoughtful experience from beginning to end! 10/7/2015

Martin and Sean visited my property and listened to what I was seeking to accomplish in the various areas both inside and outside my home. They laid out a system which would more than accomplish my goal. Within a week, Sebastian and Javier professionally installed the system and ensured the system was working properly. Before the end of the day Martin personally provided me a one-on-one tutorial of the system. So much fun listening to what I want where I want! And such an easy system to control on iPhone Laptop or iPad. Thank you Dominion. Love it! Cathy Raba Turcotte more

Good Team to Work With 10/6/2015

I had a pretty hairy job with lots of various functions between the AV and alarm system. The guys stayed with it all and we were able to successfully conclude the project. Their communication was good, which is the important thing when you're trying to work out the bugs in a system. After much thought and determination, we were able to work through the all the final solutions and got everything working reliably and consistently. more

I would look no further than Dominion for my next project. The professionalism and responsiveness is unmatched. I worked with Jesse Martinez from Dominion and he was always more than willing to help and provided me with more assistance than he probably needed to. They definitely do not have the phrase "bare minimum" anywhere in their business model. more
