Customer Service, Follow through, and overall communication are POOR to say the least. There is no clear understanding on how these guys work. It is a "shoot from the hip" program and Chad in particular goes off in explaining STUFF that has no clear explanation or meaning. I have gone as far as calling the Owner and no resolve has been given. These guys are a Circus !!!!!!!!!!!

Robert, we are very sorry that we did not perform to your expectations. Servicing a complex system like yours that we did not install can prove challenging, especially after a lightning strike caused extensive damage. We should have set more realistic expectations up front.
