We have used Dominion on two separate projects involving audio and video, with both indoor and outdoor installations. We've been very happy with both the recommended equipment and the quality of the service. Very responsive in both design and installation phases. Responsive follow up of working through any kinks. Also very happy with the value on both equipment and labor. Highly recommended. more

Professional and flexible 11/14/2014

When we were building our home, we looked at two providers for our ethernet, speaker wiring, low voltage, etc. Although both providers came highly recommended, only one responded quickly to our questions and concerns during the initial discussions - Dominion Design. Instead of trying to sell us services we didn't need, Sean worked hard to listen to our needs and wants and then worked with the designers to see that we got exactly what we needed. Jesse thin took over the install and also addressed our concerns quickly and professionally. In the end, we probably ended up being on the low end in regards to what we spent compared to many of Dominion Design's customers, but we never felt as though we were being treated with less importance. They ended up completing the following: - speaker wiring for 8 speakers, - ethernet (Cat 5) for 7 areas - video (Cat5) POE wiring for 4 exterior cameras - TV coax for 5 areas - in wall flex tubing in two areas - A/V closet with a large panel - thermostat controlled vent for A/V closet Overall, we are very pleased with all that was done. more

From basic low voltage security wiring and monitoring to complex media room installation you can't get better Dominion. 11/14/2014

This is our 13th home we have lived in around the country and for the past several we have installed security systems, media rooms as well as sound systems throughout our home. We have had very capable technical people in the past but none have been as capable as the Dominion team. While it is true they are cost effective their real value is quality control throughout the installation process and their technical expertise! When you install multiple systems like Lutron, Novo, satellite TV, media rooms and several TV's throughout the house it is just not plug and play. This is when the Dominion team real shows their stuff in making everything integrated and operating seamlessly everywhere. We have continued to add pet projects over the past 2+ years and they continue to excel in the installation and integration no matter what we throw at them. more

Excellent Service for Complex Engagement 11/6/2014

Trey and his team did a fantastic job on a technical integration project for my home that included significant custom wiring, security, audio/visual, and telecommunications. It is refreshing to work with a team that understands the first time what you need done. Great work Dominion Team! more

Dominion Design & Integration just recently put in a new Apple TV and computer and did the wiring for that and it all turned out great. The employees they sent over were really great, informative, helpful, and on time. more

We were pleased with Dominion 10/3/2013

Dominion installed all the wiring on our new home during construction and installed televisions, security system, Nuvo system upon completion. We are pleased with Dominion particulary because we were fortunate enough to have Martin as our technician. Martin is courteous, on time, helpful and patient. He is an asset to this company and we are greatful to have had him as building is sometimes complicated. He knew exactly what to do and was great at troubleshooting when needed. Martin is the reason I would use Dominion again. We had a good experience with this company. more

Know their stuff, great service! 9/10/2013

I have worked with Dominion on the residential and commercial side. In both cases their staff has done a good job of designing solutions, following up, providing great customer service, and they always demonstrate the technical skills to get the job done. Recently Martin Del Hierro was the project manager on my commercial installation. He worked tirelessly, even into the late hours of the night, to get our project delivered. He worked with the overall project manager to ensure all of the details were covered. Very pleased with the outcome in both quality of solution and customer service. more

Great job and met our timeline! 8/31/2013

We had a great experience with Martin Del Hierro who helped us get the televisions ready for my mother in law's home when we were faced with a very short timeline. He worked long hours in a very hot attic and did a marvelous job. We so appreciate his dedication to helping us get things ready in time for her arrival. He truly went above and beyond and exceeded all of our expectations! Thank you Martin and thank you Dominion! more

Could have used some system instructions, but satisfied overall. 8/7/2013

Dominion Design & Integration could have improved the total experience only by giving me some prepared instructions on the alarm system they installed for me as they were completing the installation. I would've appreciated that and given a five instead of four. more

Installation and techical start up team was excellent 12/2/2012

These kinds of installations require people with excellent technical knowledge because a lot of the install require unique solutions. Martin and Sal are top notch! I didn't meet the guys who install the security wires and the initial wire runs but my builder was very impressed with the quality of their work as well. The design of the system went through various iterations with Travis and although it was a strong design Travis communications were often difficult to follow and as a result the cost was different than I expected. This part is about managing expectations and was the weakest part of the project. However, I will say that Travis suggestions for improvement were spot on and he also has a deep technical skill set which is comforting on a project like this. more
