I decided to write this review after my experience in reference to the complaint on the site that I saw before my visit to the store. I let the positive comments outweigh that one and am very glad I did. My feedback is based soley on the fact that someone did the same thing when i was there, and what my opinion of it is. I was helped at what I would call the check in area immediately upon entering, filled out forms, my insurance was checked and I saw the Doctor about 20 minutes later. After the exam the Docter let me know my name would be called to choose glasses. Everyone in the store was with someone and I looked at frames for about 10 minutes, my name was called and that person helped me choose what I wanted and I paid. During that time a woman walked in and wanted help with her questions right that minute!! This is an office, wait in line! The process would be smooth for everyone if there were not so many out there that expect they are always to be the first priority. My wait time was minimal, I had great help and loved my visit. Yes, it was different than last year with Wal-Mart, but they have more customers, so their process reflects that. Last I checked you cannot walk into a physician or dentists office with, just a question, and not need an appointment with a person, so why expect it here. I am very happy with my glasses and the service provided. I will be back!!!!
Pros: service
Cons: a little cold in there
