I was in the store with my 3 kids for glasses before school. Yes, it was extremenly busy, but all staff was working steady the whole time we were in the store. we had no appointment and were welcomed in anyway. Yes, we waited, but that is because of the huge number of other people there also with no appointment. No problems with that place at all as the price is right, the people were friendly and I saw that there were many new faces as well as from what I was told new management, much better service than last year and we will return. Another point, if its so bad why is it so busy and has been open there for years and years????????
