This place needs to be shutdown, they have extremely poor help. They make you wait 2 to 3.5 hr with an appt. They will not assist you if you only want ask a question concerning frames. You have to sign in and wait a min. of 2hrs. even though you're not making a purchase and have your own prescription, just to ask a question. I accidentally left my wallet in there and went back 3 mins. before closing and they refused to open the door, even though customers were still in there. They would not acknowledge me at all. They do not treat customers with respect. I will be making complaints with anyone that will listen and with there HQ. I'm not sure in they have a Mgr. on sight but all the employees need to take classes and get better training at working with customers.
