I recently visited this store in rivergate, I didn't need a eye exam went to the counter and felt that I was ignored no body wanted to help me and it was very hectic and disorganize in there. When I was finally spoke to I was given paperwork to feel out, I feel out the paperwork and then was told it would be twenty min. only had a few in front of me instead I ended up waiting two to three hours but then I asked why is it taking so long they said they couldn't find my file. After listening to them for thirty mins trying to find my file. I got aggravated and tired of waiting so Ileft and will not return to that store. This place needs a better system and organizational or they will end up losing alot of paying customers.
Pros: Good selection
Cons: no customer service, not organize, took long of wait ,loud unprofessional, hectic
