Doc's Appliance did a great job repairing our LG microwave that had suffered from a fire. They worked with LG to get them to cover the repair even though the microwave was just out of warranty. The service tech was a very nice young man who did a great job, cleaned up well, and was very pleasant. Good job all the way around. more

I just had service on my whirlpool frig had ice build up in the freezer , they came out installed a drain kit and frig fixed. very friendly and quit service--I would recommend them if you need appliance repair thanks. more

I went to use my oven on my stove and smelled gas and it would not heat up. I called Doc's for a service call. They set up an appointment and a technician came out. He was polite, quoted me the price before he began, after looking at the situation. He completed the job in a timely fashion. I would recommend them to anyone needing their service. more

Our basement flooded recently during the ""great flood of 2014."" Our washer/dryer were under 3' of water. Called Doc's to check them out and serviceman was on time, professional, and most importantly, did not try to sell us service we didn't need. The price of the service call was worth it and was relieved we did not have to purchase new appliances. more

We called about a leaking refrigerator and set an appointment for 8/23/14. the tech arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair. the tech, JD, was well versed and noticed the bottom of the freezer had ice on it and we mentioned that things in the back of the refrigerator sometimes froze. He showed us the vents in the freezer and said if we kept those clear (which they weren't) it would help and since then, the situation has improved. I would recommend Doc's and JD. more

Our repairman (JD) arrived on the right date (8-4-14),and within the hours specified. He fixed my beloved Maytag washer in a timely fashion. He explained everything clearly and cleaned up after the repair. JD was friendly and competent! Our experience was very good, and we will gladly recommend your business and JD to anyone! The vent pipe on our dryer (an LG) had come disconnected and our machine was filled with lint. The service tech., Eric, did a great job reassembling the vent. He fixed it properly and securely. He had it back up and running for us in a short time. We would definitely have Doc's install our next appliance purchase, piece of mind knowing its done right. Great job! Set up an appoint with kitchen aid to have a service guy come out to look @ my dishwasher. Appointment window was 8-12. Called docs day before to confirm and was told I was first stop & should arrive around 8:30am. At 12:15, placed a call to docs & they said he should be there around 1. What?!? Waited around all morning for nothing. Last time this guy was out to fix my range, he didn't know what he was doing. I was not happy. I've learned my lesson and won't be using docs again. more

I was very satisfied with the service received from Doc's appliance service. The serviceman arrived in the time period stated, was neatly dressed and very professional. He explained what he was doing and the improvements made in the part he had to replace in the refrigerator. I would be happy to use their services again. more
