He came out on Saturday morning and diagnosed the problem. The service guy (Very Professional) said, ""They would order the part on Monday, because the part store was closed. It should have been open until 4, but when he called. It closed at 1."" He made the next service appointment, for Friday the following week. Received a call on Thursday, part has not come in, yet! They left message, that they would call to reschedule, when part is in. I called on Monday for update on part. Office staff said, "" She would check and get back with me."" I seen that I had a message and the part was in. Wanted me to call and schedule an appointment. They came out the next day and install the part. This made Mom and family, Very Happy! Priceless! Hope we never have to go without the oven, but if I do Doc's Appliance Service, will be called! Thank you, again!
