DO NOT RISK MOVING IN TO ANY DMG OWNED RENTAL PROPERTIES! They are incompetent. In the six months I have lived in their property my garage door broke, garage ceiling fell in barely missing my vehicle and the place flooded full of sewage. I was on vacation when it flooded and DMG did not even notify me even though the next door neighbor in the same duplex was under water. I came home a week later to sewage. The first indicator should have been when it took them two weeks to even get someone to show me the place and I ended up swinging by and getting the key because they would not drive 30 minutes. This company's manager is very unprofessional. Service is poor at best. Hard to believe they are still in business! more

This company does not hold up with the lease agreement they put forth. they state a charge for carpet cleaning then double the price and worse yet they refund the deposit of one tennant and keep the other one's deposit. They give you 14 days to dispute but do not respond within the same time frame..AVOID THESE PEOPLE!!! you will be happier in the long run more

We have rented from DMG for about two years.We are moving out now,and they want to show the house while our stuff is still in it,and us.My grandfather just died I have a house full of people,and they want to show it on that that day. more

DMG real estate is the worst realtor I have had to deal with. Our contact (Robert) was very difficult to contact, and barely spent anytime discussing any concerns we had once we were able to contact him. DMG also overcharged us for several items after moving out, including several charges that are specifically listed in our lease. For example, they charged us $150 for carpet cleaning when it was listed for $100. As a result, we got little of our deposit back. Try a different realtor if at all possible. Cons: Unreliable with basic requests for repairs; lie about costs more

wow, these people can't even type a lease agreement. I signed the lease and went home and realized numerous mistakes. The girl in the front is rude and talks to you like you owe her money. You have to be very careful doing business with these people (or better yet, don't do it!). READ OVER the lease or whatever agreement and don't sign stuff without reading them. Want a property manager that knows what they are doing? I have owned investment property in Oklahoma for over twenty years and have seen it all. There are a lot of poor management companies out there and I would HIGHLY recommend using DMG if you want the job done right. They have more experience than all the other companies I have worked with combined and the results speak for themselves. Pros: Great Service! Positive Returns! more

It is disappointing to see negative comments about DMG in this forum. I rented from DMG and Robert for over 5 years and never had an issue with maintenance or anything. They always responded quickly and professionally to my conceens....unlike other companies that I rented from. I had an awesome experience with them and if I ever move back to Norman, will definitley rent from their company!! more

Having lived in Norman for over 7 years and renting from a variety of landlords and working with a variety of property managment companies I can honestly say DMG is the WORST. more

DMG property mgmt is the most irresponsible company that does not contribute to their end of the deal. The so-called Manager Robert is very rude, apathetic toward concerns, and does not hesitate to mouth off to paying customers. If you intend on ever having problems fixed or having responsible mgmt do not do business with DMG. more
