DO NOT RISK MOVING IN TO ANY DMG OWNED RENTAL PROPERTIES! They are incompetent. In the six months I have lived in their property my garage door broke, garage ceiling fell in barely missing my vehicle and the place flooded full of sewage. I was on vacation when it flooded and DMG did not even notify me even though the next door neighbor in the same duplex was under water. I came home a week later to sewage. The first indicator should have been when it took them two weeks to even get someone to show me the place and I ended up swinging by and getting the key because they would not drive 30 minutes. They are very rude and unprofessional every contact I have had with them. They will not go out of their way to help anyone. Do not move in as you will regret it like I have...
