DMG real estate is the worst realtor I have had to deal with. Our contact (Robert) was very difficult to contact, and barely spent anytime discussing any concerns we had once we were able to contact him. DMG also overcharged us for several items after moving out, including several charges that are specifically listed in our lease. For example, they charged us $150 for carpet cleaning when it was listed for $100. As a result, we got little of our deposit back. Try a different realtor if at all possible.
