This company does not hold up with the lease agreement they put forth. they state a charge for carpet cleaning then double the price and worse yet they refund the deposit of one tennant and keep the other one's deposit. They give you 14 days to dispute but do not respond within the same time frame..AVOID THESE PEOPLE!!! you will be happier in the long run
