Everything tastes like it was cooked under wet canvas for 10 hours - which means great, falling off the bone. Yeah it's soft and greasy, so what? That's a style issue, and that shouldn't affect the rating. The pork ribs are outstanding, none better I am aware of, the brisket is first class, but the baby backs (when offered) do not match 3 Pigs. Neither does the sauce, but it holds its own. On the other hand, the corn bread is outstanding and the lemon cake is in a class all by itself, 3 Pigs should take lessons in that regard. Beans and rice are standard sides, very good, and a welcome change from the standard bbq beans. Most business is done at lunch, so if you want takeout dinner get there well before 5. Sometimes they just get tired and shut down. Get the combo meal and pig out.
Pros: ribs, lemon cake, corn bread
Cons: not open evenings, and it is a dump of course (who cares)
