Discount Plumbing

I've had Discount Plumbing for several years. They've done so many different jobs for me, from fixing water pipes under the house, to replacing seals on the toilets, to replacing faucets and shower heads. They've done just about everything for me. I like that they're very knowledgeable about the jobs. They explain what the problem is and how they're going to take care of it. They give you the price upfront and are straightforward and honest with you. The first time they came and repaired a broken water pipe under the house, the gentleman had a binder and every job had a price listed in there. He showed me exactly what the price was when he started and he stuck to it. The plumbers are always friendly and they are respectful of my home. They put down plastic where they have to go under the house. They make sure to put slippers over the shoes so they don't track in dirt. They take off the coveralls over the plastic, and they're just a very professional company overall. more

I've had Discount Plumbing for so long and they've done a lot for me. They've fixed water pipes, installed toilets. They've done all of that. I like that someone always answers the phone and they get right back to me. They use really good stuff on the projects when they come out and the plumbers are always friendly and very professional. I will continue to use them, in fact, I'm probably going to have to call them this week for something else. I have already recommended them to my daughter and neighbors. I am really impressed with the work that the guy from Discount Plumbing did for me. I was having a little bit of a plumbing emergency and these guys were the one to answer the call. They responded very quickly and got someone out to my home just as quickly which I definitely appreciated. He got to my home and got right to work and fixed my problem right up. The plumbers from Discount Plumbing were proud of their work. More than two plumbers came in and were here for about four hours. They had products that they had bought and they showed up on time. The pricing was reasonable and they made sure not to charge anything else that wasn't needed at the time, such as an inspection. They went by the directions for the installation and followed the owner's manuals and had the proper documents. more

I have had, over the years, a lot of experience with Discount Plumbing. When they make an appointment, sometimes they could be half an hour late or so because of other problems they run into, but for the most part they're on time. They're very polite and do a good job. more

Discount Plumbing was courteous and efficient, and they knew exactly what they were doing. Their response time was very good and they were very prompt in helping me because I didn't have to wait too long. I highly recommend them and would call them again. My kitchen sink was plugged up and they fixed it, and also fixed the hot water heater another time. I was surprised they came out for the heater, but the woman I talked with said they take care of that, and everything worked just fine. Their rates were reasonable, and I think that's really what impressed me. I had a coupon and it was accepted graciously. I didn't cry too much when I wrote the check. I also keep the little card on my fridge. Anytime I have a plumbing problem I call them. I believe they are a very good company. more

I've used Discount Plumbing twice and it's always a pleasure doing business with them. I had a new garbage disposal installed yesterday and the dispatcher kept me up to date as to when my technician would be arriving and he showed up right on time. The new garbage disposal is working well and the technician explained the warranty and gave me a coupon for my next visit. The first time they installed my toilet and that was a good experience too. I would refer them to anyone, they are professional and friendly and have good prices. more

My kitchen was messed up and I called Discount Plumbing to come take a look at it. The plumber who came out was awesome, he fixed it fast and saved me a lot of money because I could have bought a new garbage disposal. Anytime I have a plumbing issue, I call Discount Plumbing and they come out right away. My goal was to find a decent plumber in my town who won't rip me off and I've definitely found that with Discount Plumbing. These guys know their stuff and they're honest, professional, and reliable - definitely try them out if you need help with your plumbing. more

Discount Plumbing has always been excellent. We have been using them for a long time and we've always been very satisfied with their services. I'm not the one that deals with them directly, so I can't comment on the minutia but I know we keep on going back to them and never experienced any issues. more

The guys over at Discount Plumbing are very good. When they came over to assess the problem they really took their time to figure out the solution to the problem that we were having with this particular pipe, they didn't just throw their hands up and say they couldn't do anything. They were very diligent and exhaustive and were actually able to solve the riddle of our pipe which was fantastic and we greatly appreciated. We have recommended them to a couple people and will continue to do so because they keep doing such great work! more

My experience with Discount Plumbing has been great; they are always good to me. Phil has been the main one to come out and he is always wonderful. I thought he was really honest, he just did a good job, and anything I needed him to do he was willing to do it with no problem. Most recently, he put in a new faucet in the back bathroom. I went out and bought the faucet, he put it in, and it was good. He is just a good guy and he knows what he is doing. One time a couple of years ago I needed Phil to come back to look at something after he had completed a project, and he came back and checked it out for me. Other folks have come out, too, and everybody is good, but I just remember Phil because he is the one who usually comes out. Their prices are good and I appreciate the coupons that come out sometimes- I am still holding on to a couple of those. I have been using Discount Plumbing for several years now- over five years. I come back year after year because they have done a great job whenever I called them and there have been no issues. Whatever I needed them to do, they took care of it with no problems. The people show up on time, they do good work, they are pleasant, and they can be trusted. Hopefully I won't need them for a while, but if I do, Discount Plumbing will be the ones who I call! more

We've been using Discount Plumbing for years and I'm always pleased with their work. The last time they came, we had them install a new garbage disposal and a new kitchen faucet, both are still working and we've had no problems with them. I usually call them when we have problems with our appliances or plumbing but we haven't had to call them in awhile. We also had them come out when we had a problem with our bathtub and they came out and cleaned it with no problems. They're friendly, professional, and affordable - we won't go anywhere else. more

The guy who came out from Discount Plumbing was really nice but he just wasn't particularly helpful in helping me figure out a couple of issues we had. We have a two-flush system toilet and it was having problems running all the time and it was just a matter of adjusting something on the toilet about a quarter of an inch, which he did, but it was a little pricey for what actually had to be done. I asked him to look at my bathtub because it was draining fast enough, he looked and he kind of shrugged his shoulders, and said he couldn't do much for a couple of different reasons, but didn't really give me any solutions to the issue. I wasn't overly happy with the service and it was a little expensive for what I got done. more

Discount Plumbing has been to my home numerous times over the years for plumbing issues - from stopped pipes to faucets not working, they do an excellent job. Their workers are really helpful, friendly, and prompt. I recommend them highly and will continue to use Discount Plumbing when I need them. more

I had two faucets, one in my bathroom and one in my kitchen sink, that were getting old and started leaking. As soon as I told Discount Plumbing what I wanted and needed they told me right away who was available and how soon they could send him out. The repairman came on time, was professional and courteous, and answered any questions that I had for him. In fact, the water in my kitchen sink faucet was coming out really sluggish because of a lot of mineral build-up and the repairman actually told me what I could do the next time it happened. He could have just kept that information to himself and have me give them another call in the future but he was willing to tell me honestly what I could do myself and it actually worked. Since then, I have had no problems whatsoever. For prices, I don't have a lot to compare to because I have only been using Discount Plumbing but they don't seem outrageous or anything. Overall, I am very pleased with my experiences with Discount Plumbing so far and will continue to use them again and again!! more

Discount Plumbing has always been good to us. They come right out and we've never had to wait. If there has been a discrepancy or problem, they've always resolved it. Most of the service they have provided has been some type of drain service or connection. They're professional and very courteous. One time, a long time ago, there was a problem and my husband called them back after they had come out to our house. They actually sent a supervisor or one of the owners over here, and they didn't charge us anything for the second visit. We weren't looking for any money off, but it was a situation that wasn't complete or wasn't done right, and they fixed it free of charge. more

Discount Plumbing has done several things in my home and in my dad's. When they came to my dad's house he was sick, and they were very compassionate and mindful about what was going on in the house. He needed the water heater fixed and they offered us the lowest cost solution. I really felt like they were looking out for us. They're really honest about telling me what needs to be done, and they're very professional and nice. I deeply appreciate their kindness and courteousness. In my house we needed a new garbage disposal, and also a backyard faucet got knocked off and created a geyser. We had to turn the water off and they came out right away to fix it, which was great. They've also looked into our bathroom faucet and toilet that wasn't flushing properly. They gave us advice about what they could do in the future if we wanted to wait to have it replaced, because it was ok for now. I like that nobody ever pushes things on me. The first time I called their office, they were very friendly and I got a great feeling about them. Whenever I call to schedule an appointment I like the way I am treated. They always arrive on time, and do a great job answering my questions and explaining everything to me. I feel that the cost is reasonable for the work they do. I have an excellent experience with them every time. more
