His response time was fine and he found the issue right away. He knew what he was doing. He sawed into the pipe, made some attachments, and sealed it. Discount Plumbing has provided nothing but excellent services for me. The technician they sent to my house (I believe his name was Phil) knew exactly what he was doing. He was experienced and had a lengthy background in the plumbing business. He got to work right away and got it done quickly. I have had to call other companies back to redo the "fixes" they perform on my plumbing, but not this time. Everything works really well, and is under warranty in case it doesn't! I will certainly be requesting their services again very soon. We've used Discount Plumbing a few times now. They're always prompt, do excellent work, are reliable and reasonable. I had hired someone else, but I told the other company to get rid of him because he didn't fix the problem I had. With this company, the service man fixed my problem in about forty-five minutes. The employee who resolved my problem is Frank. A couple of repairs they've done for us were a under the house plumbing lines and had the toilette replaced. I am very pleased with the service I received by Discount Plumbing. They removed the old and installed the new dishwasher, with NO damage (which I will explain in this review), as well as cleared the drain for my washing machine (which two other plumbing companies failed to do). Let me start with Nathaniel. He was the "go to" guy. From my very first phone call asking for an estimate, he was always very professional and friendly. If there were delays, he would call me. If I had to delay or postpone, he worked with me. If I had questions or concerns, he was right on top of making sure I had the information I needed. Nathaniel is the type of person who could teach others in the service industry how to treat customers. Matt the "miracle worker" is the person who came to my home for an estimate, and is the person who did the actual removal of the old and installation of my new dishwasher. I had concerns about having to damage the floor or the counter top while getting this work done. I have an older house, and at some point in its history, the kitchen floor had another floor put right on top of it, resulting in a very tight space for the dishwasher, and potential for damage when removing and/or installing. (I was also told by another company that they would have to cut up my floor to get the old dishwasher out.) I don't know how he did it, but Matt got the old dishwasher out, and the new one put in, with NO damage being done. I am extremely grateful he was able to accomplish this! When finished with the installation, Matt was kind enough to take a look at the drain for the washing machine. He was able to do what two other companies could not, remove the cap outside for the clean out. It was stuck and somehow, his magic touch got it loosened and off, allowing him to clear out the pipe, fixing the problem. I also want to mention that Matt was very professional with my 4 yr old son and baby grandson. Answered questions, showed patience when I needed to crowd him in the kitchen, and was just an all around friendly person, and despite our interruptions, got the job finished in a timely manner. I recommend Discount Plumbing, and will call them for any future plumbing and drain services. more

I have used Discount Plumbing three times and they are great. I had to have two bathroom's faucets removed and replaced and a hook up set up for my water softener in my house. They were courteous and I was happy with what they did and their prices were reasonable. I hope I don't have to, but should an issue arise, I would use them again. more

Discount Plumbing came out to my home after my daughter stuck things down the toilet causing it to be clogged. The plumber they sent out was willing to get everything done that he could and after his first method didn't work, he kept trying until he was able to free up the clog. The prices were reasonable and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who is having a plumbing problem, as they are great at problem solving. more

Discount Plumbing always listens to what I tell them has to be done and does everything to provide the best repair for a very reasonable rate.
