Consistently Great Job! 4/3/2017

I have used Discount Plumbing about four times now and they consistently do a great job! Their customer service is excellent. I like how responsive they are! They always let me know when the technicians will be coming out and call me if there are any problems. The communication is really good. Most recently, they installed a new kitchen faucet for me. I thought the pricing was very reasonable. I appreciate that they are always careful to be respectful of my home. Overall, a good company to work with. more

GREAT JOB 3/6/2017

We have been a customer with Discount Plumbing for at least 3 years. The last time they came out was to install a new dishwasher for us. They also did some plumbing in the kitchen sink and checked our water heater. The technician they sent showed up on time and was very polite. He did a great job and cleaned up everything when he was finished. He was very professional and respectful our home. We would absolutely recommend them to other people. more

Great service at a great price 3/3/2017

What a company! Sink was leaking out the garbage disposal. Got on the phone last night, scheduled an appointment for today. Danny was our repair guy and he was GREAT! Genuine, friendly, and sympathetic to my needs. I felt like I was treated as a person, not like another dollar to be made like some companies do. The job was simple, took less than an hour, VERY reasonable pricing! I WILL be calling DP again if I ever need plumbing or Heating/AC services!! more

I called Discount Plumbing to come out an unclog my kitchen sink. The guy showed up on time and was very polite and professional. He did a great job and cleaned up when he was finished. I would call them again and will also recommend them to other people. Their prices are very competitive. more

Excellent company. 2/23/2017

We have been with Discount Plumbing for many years. The last time they were out was to replace a faucet and also some of the pipes under the sink to bring them more up to date. When we call them we always ask for Hector. He is so great. He's is extremely polite and very professional. He explains everything to us and never tries to push anything on us. He is patient and takes the time to answer our questions to where we understand fully. He lets us know what needs to be done and why before he does the work. We highly recommend this company to anyone and we will continue to use their services. more

Pretty Impressive! 2/17/2017

I have been in my house 25 years and I have only called a plumber twice because I grew up fixing all my own plumbing and don't call anyone as a rule. But, when I needed help with my plumbing and I didn't have time to fix it myself, I called Discount Plumbing and I did not regret it! The team was knowledgeable and explained everything they were doing. They were extremely personable, nice people which reflects positively on the company. They are super reliable as well. Sometimes they even came earlier than they had said they could! I could tell they have trained their staff extremely well. I have already recommended them and I will continue to use and recommend them. more

Excellent 1/27/2017

As far as the personnel from Discount Plumbing, they were excellent people. Very polite and professional. They were absolutely courteous in my home, the guys have always been top-notch. They do anything that I need. They recently did a very, very major pipe replacement under the house. It was very well done as well as that goes, and they were very courteous throughout the time. Their entire communication around the process was clear and easy to understand. I also got to see the results. When they removed the old pipe, I wanted to see what was the issue with it and they showed it to me. I think they're very well-trained as far as courtesy. more

Discount Plumbing were punctual, they were on time and they were also pretty clean and specially when it comes to plumbing, I like things clean. This was my first time using them and I will use them again because they were professional and the first time he came out and he was very professional but then the second time, I still had that same problem that the previous time so they were more into it, he was pretty knowledgeable about what was going on and he did his job to the fullest. We were very appreciative of the time that he took and he told me that he was going to be there at a certain time and he was so, we were very pleased! more

I had a good experience with them 1/5/2017

Discount Plumbing has been out a couple of times to handle all the exterior plumbing, and I was very happy. I have used them for a couple years now, and recently they redid the plumbing in front of my house and put in a new ball valve. They were on time, quick, and really conscientious. more

For years everything was fine but the guy that came last time charged me for two jobs. 12/2/2016

I've been using Discount Plumbing for a long time and this last time was the only time that I have had a problem with them. The last time the guy came I didn't like the way he told me that I had two problems: one of them I knew about and the other was the arm in the inside, he told me he had to replaced it and I don't think he really needed to replace it. Then after he did it, he charged me for it. He came once and charged me for two different jobs and I have never had that happen to me before. If he had told me from the beginning I wound't have let him do the second job. That never happened to me before with them and I've been using these guys in my rental and stuff and this is the first time that I ever had a problem. The overall was fine and I would give them a 5 for that but the guy that came did one job and charged me twice and I did not like that. more

Excellent job. 11/23/2016

I have used Discount Plumbing a couple of times. About three or four months ago they came out and installed a water system for us. More recently, they came to fix our toilet. The technician they sent was Nick, and he did everything he could do to fix it, but I need to buy a new toilet. When I do, he is going to come back and install it for us. I really appreciated him coming out when we needed him. They do excellent work for us. I recommend them. more

I had used Discount Plumbing to take care of a plumbing issue I had in a bathroom at my home. I thought they were a little overpriced, but, they did a really good job. The technician that came out was nice and friendly, and very professional. He was respectful to me and my home. I would recommend them to other people and I would call them again. more

Great job, happy with their service. 9/28/2016

We have called Discount Plumbing several times to fix things at our home. One time they came and fixed a toilet that was continually running. They also fixed a bathroom drain for us. The most recent thing they fixed for us was a cracked pipe that went to our pool. It had been cracked since we had an earthquake a while back. The guy removed the cracked pipe and replaced it with a new plastic one that he glued in. They always do a really good job. We like the people there, they are very knowledgeable and professional. They are also very friendly and helpful. We absolutely recommend them to other people. We will be using them in the future. more

Kemo is great! 9/7/2016

I just have to say that Kemo from Discount Plumbing did a really great job installing the granite in my kitchen for me. He did a really fine job and it looks fantastic. The faucet that came with the granite is a little wobbly and for some reason the garbage disposal does not let water pass through until I turn on the garbage disposal which is a little odd. Other than that though I am very happy with Kemo's work and the amazing job he did in putting in the granite. I would definitely recommend Kemo to anyone. more

Excellent Service! 8/31/2016

I have rental properties and Discount Plumbing has provided me with excellent services. Once for a stocked up sink; I tried to snake it myself and was unsuccessful, so I contacted the company and they were able to snake it and the results are good. The second time was for a garbage disposal that wasn't hooked up right and Discount Plumbing were able to hook it up correctly. The technician was polite, competent and honest - he did what he said he was going to do, he knew what he was doing and did everything in a timely manner. more
