Discount Plumbing has done several things in my home and in my dad's. When they came to my dad's house he was sick, and they were very compassionate and mindful about what was going on in the house. He needed the water heater fixed and they offered us the lowest cost solution. I really felt like they were looking out for us. They're really honest about telling me what needs to be done, and they're very professional and nice. I deeply appreciate their kindness and courteousness.
In my house we needed a new garbage disposal, and also a backyard faucet got knocked off and created a geyser. We had to turn the water off and they came out right away to fix it, which was great. They've also looked into our bathroom faucet and toilet that wasn't flushing properly. They gave us advice about what they could do in the future if we wanted to wait to have it replaced, because it was ok for now. I like that nobody ever pushes things on me.
The first time I called their office, they were very friendly and I got a great feeling about them. Whenever I call to schedule an appointment I like the way I am treated. They always arrive on time, and do a great job answering my questions and explaining everything to me. I feel that the cost is reasonable for the work they do. I have an excellent experience with them every time.
