Good work ethic, but pricey! 12/17/2014

My only complaint is the price Dipple Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air charges for their services. First, they had the wrong address so I had to wait for them to come from almost 3 miles away. Second, they also charged me $49 to come to my house (this does not include the diagnosis and the repair charges). I have nothing against their work ethics; they are excellent. I had a gas tank water heater problem and it was repaired excellent. They are very personable, and the guy whom I dealt with was great! Plumbing Services 12/14/2014

Dipple responded quickly to our call and worked all day to fix the plumbing problem. Respectful, pleasant and professional 12/1/2014

This is the 4th time we've used Dipple. We have been so pleased every time and would definitely recommend them. This time Adam and Cody came out and did a great job repairing our toilet and answering all my questions. The original work when the house was built 11 years ago could have been better and definitely resulted in the need for work now but I feel like these guys left it better than when originally installed. A big shout out to them. I'll definitely call Dipple if we need a plumber again in the future! more

Excellent service all-around 11/11/2014

I have used Dipple Plumbing, Heating, and Air for plumbing and electrical services. They are personable and friendly, and are always able to take care of the problem, no matter what it might be. They also are kind to my dog and love my dog, and a lot of people of this field have not been as kind or understanding of my dog. I cannot speak highly enough of them. I now have a contract with them. more

Professional and courteous service 10/28/2014

This was our first experience with Dipple Plumbing and we are very happy, satisfied customers. After we discovered a water supply line leak in our front yard we searched online for a plumbing service and decided to try Dipple. They called to let me know they were on the way and arrived right on time. They also kept me updated on their progress after I had to go to work. Even though they had to dig a sizable hole in the front yard you cannot even tell. Very happy about that! All in all, as positive an experience you can have with a water leak. We highly recommend Dipple Plumbing. more

Great customer service & speedy results! 10/24/2014

I am a single mom and when my water heater broke on a Friday I was not sure what to do. My neighbor, Aaron Tellier, recommended Dipple. I called, not expecting anything to be done until Monday, and sure enough, they had me scheduled for a Saturday call. And to make it better, Saturday calls were not more expensive than a regular weekday call, unlike many places. When the technician called to say he was on the way he asked me a few questions about my water heater and even offered to run by the store and grab one and have it in the truck just in case I needed an entire replacement. He had an apprentice with him and they worked for several hours fixing what was wrong. A new water heater was not in store for me this time, thank goodness! But, when i have a problem again, I'll call Dipple! more

Great Service 10/17/2014

We had a plumbing emergerency and call Dipple and they sent someone out right away. The service tech was great and very helpful. Fix the problem right away for us. We will call Dipple again if we have any problems. And you and call them day or night. Our problem was at night and still got someone on the phone and sent out a tech. Great place I give them 5 stars more

Would recommend them in a heartbeat 10/9/2014

Dipple is more than excellent. First of all: they were punctual, and they called before they came. The first guy they sent out was Mr. Pablo Santana, and he put me at ease. The water lines in my house had broken, and I'd never had something like that happen before. When I called Dipple about the problem, I think I spoke to the owner, and he was very nice and knew exactly what I was talking about, and said he would sent out one of his best, which he did with Mr. Santana. He just calmed me down. Instead of getting overwhelmed by the problem, he said, "Let's just take this problem one thing at a time." I really liked the way he talked to me and explained everything he was going to do. He was very knowledgeable, and he had a way about him that calmed you. He didn't talk down to you -- he tried to make me understand exactly what the problem was. He said, "We will get this fixed for you," and he did. Once Mr. Santana finished up, I had a concern after he got through about insulation, because I live in a mobile home. So they sent out Mr. Bill Anthony to check on that, and he was also excellent. He went one step beyond and looked underneath my home to check for holes, and he recommended for the future what I should do. I also thought the pricing they gave me was very reasonable. All of the people at Dipple are very knowledgeable and professional and honest. I didn't feel like I was going to be ripped off at all. If I had any problems in the future I would call that company and that company only, and I would request those two men. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. more

Number. 1 choice from now on 10/9/2014

Recently relocated to the upstage with my family and new nothing of the area. After purchasing our home which was in need of many repairs we began contacting local companies to diagnose and provide solutions for us. I wish I call Dipple first it would have saved me a lot of time and money. From the first phone call to Dipple Jessica was a pleasure to work with very accommodating to our schedule and we found out that Dipple was more than just a plumbing company. They also offer professional electrical and heating and air-conditioning services which were all projects that I needed help with. I was able to get a technician for all three trades to our home within 24 hours!! Seems too good to be true, but it's true. Aaron, the electrician was great he quickly identified our problem areas and suggested the immediate services to keep my family safe and some additional services for us to consider further down the line, no pressure no sales just the facts. Adam, one of Dipples plumbers came next again very professional not salesy, he diagnosed our immediate concerns and offered solutions to repair just what needed to be done and then additional items that we can budget and save up for in the future. Last but not least Brian, with the heating and air department gave us great news. We thought our air conditioner was a lost cause, it was not. After a $25 part was installed we were back in business. Just an all-around great experience that I would highly recommend to everybody I speak too. And I am so glad that I found dipple plumbing electrical heating and air as I am now a lifetime customer for sure. Thank you to all the employees of Dipple and I hope that anybody reading this will give them a call more

insulation repair 10/2/2014

Once again, I am so impressed with Dipple Plumbing. Mr. Bill Anthony was very professional and courteous. He called to let me know what time he would arrive. Once he got here he explained what he was going to do and what kind of materials he would be using and why, to make sure I would understand the repair process. I found him to be very knowledgeable. He even took the time to show me a picture of the area he was going to repair and make future recommendation. So appreciate how honest he was with me. I feel that he did an excellent job. The pricing for what he did and the materials he use I feel was very reasonable. Thank you again for sending out another one of your best this time that specializes in insulation repair. Your company is Excellent . I am more than well pleased. more

Plumbing Service 10/1/2014

From the beginning I was impressed with Dipple Plumbing. The ladies that I spoke with were very understanding and professional in trying to set up an appointment to have someone get me an estimate as quickly as possible. I spoke with Chuck. He was very professional and assured me that they could resolve my problem. He even discussed possible cost and said that he would be sending out yesterday afternoon Pablo. Mr. Pablo Santana is an excellent representative of Dipple Plumbing and is an asset to your company. He is very professional and courteous. He explained everything he was going to do to resolve the problem and we even discussed the problems that may occur in the future. He made me aware of what to look for and even gave me a ball park figure as a baseline to go by so I would be financially prepared. He is wonderful! Dipple Plumbing is wonderful and have been such a blessing to me. You are more than #1 in my opinion and I will recommend not only your company but Mr. Santana also. Thank you for all that you have done to resolve my problem. If I ever have problems in the future I will not only look forward to doing business with Dipple, but will know that I can rest assure that pricing will be fair and the service will be excellent. excellent 100+ the best 9/23/2014

I have never experienced such fine workmanship! start with the electric work, Aaron the greatest...clean diligent, and his co-worker Ryan did a neat job I would highly recommend them. Aaron's recommendations regarding the lighting were great, and the install went well with the lights and Ryan's recommendation for the fireplace was perfect. then Ross, had Vince and Steve install the heat pump their recommendations were excellent, it works like a charm. they also were clean and went over the top with service this day and age you do not find men who work like this.(100%+) again I would highly recommend them! Adam installed the hot water heater and commode................... I have never had a person install such without making a mess. that did not happen this man is 100%+ in his workmanship. again I would highly recommend them! let it be known that this is the first time I am recommending a company I do not complement lightly they are just too good to forget. more

Best customer service ever 9/22/2014

We have used many companies, and Dipple Plumbing, Electrical, Heating and Air has been the only company we want to continue to use. They are professional and make sure their customers are satisfied. They come when they say they will. When they are done with their work, they give us a follow-up call. They do a wonderful job and they clean up after themselves. I trust them so much that I leave them alone in my home. We are remodeling, and I will never hire anyone else. We plan on using them again for all of our plumbing and heating needs from here on out. Erin and Ryan in particular are so efficient, and have good manners. They stand up for their customers, and make sure their customers are getting the best service. My husband and I are both professionals, and we really value the fact that they come on time. I will never hire anyone else. Also, when I called them over the phone, Jessica, the receptionist, had such a positive attitude that it won me over. She assured me that I would be happy with my service, and had no doubts. She was right. more

First class response 8/16/2014

I had my daughter, her husband and our grandchildren coming to visit from Europe on August 11th. On the afternoon of August 10th. (a Sunday), I noticed the A/C was not working. I called your competitor (Corley) and due to a company event they could not respond to my issue. I called Dipple and a service technician was out in several hours and fixed the problem (a defective capacitor), which he had on his truck and was able to install to get my A/C up and running. Great service! 8/3/2014

Dipple installed a new water heater in June for a lower price than the other plumbing bid and did a great job -- efficient, excellent clean-up, nice guys. Then last week we had a clogged sink and Dipple came out within 2 hours to clear it. Again, great service, nice guy, reasonable price. Thank you, Dipple -- we'll call on you again! more
