Dipple is more than excellent. First of all: they were punctual, and they called before they came. The first guy they sent out was Mr. Pablo Santana, and he put me at ease. The water lines in my house had broken, and I'd never had something like that happen before. When I called Dipple about the problem, I think I spoke to the owner, and he was very nice and knew exactly what I was talking about, and said he would sent out one of his best, which he did with Mr. Santana. He just calmed me down. Instead of getting overwhelmed by the problem, he said, "Let's just take this problem one thing at a time." I really liked the way he talked to me and explained everything he was going to do. He was very knowledgeable, and he had a way about him that calmed you. He didn't talk down to you -- he tried to make me understand exactly what the problem was. He said, "We will get this fixed for you," and he did. Once Mr. Santana finished up, I had a concern after he got through about insulation, because I live in a mobile home. So they sent out Mr. Bill Anthony to check on that, and he was also excellent. He went one step beyond and looked underneath my home to check for holes, and he recommended for the future what I should do. I also thought the pricing they gave me was very reasonable. All of the people at Dipple are very knowledgeable and professional and honest. I didn't feel like I was going to be ripped off at all. If I had any problems in the future I would call that company and that company only, and I would request those two men. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
