electric, a/c and plumbing repairs 7/25/2014

I called Dipple Plumbing to get an estimate on an electic repair, a/c and a new hot water heater. Aaron Simmons was the eletricain that came out the next day and he was so professional and very personable. We had purchased a mobile home that the a/c had been stolen and the new a/c was replaced, but the owner installed everything by themselves, and not by professionals. We had live wires under our mobile home plus all the wires to the dryer and stove had been cut plus they ran the new wires thru the a/c duct work. Aaron was very helpful and he scheduled the a/c tech, the plumber and he took care of all our electric needs plus he ran electric out to our new shed and we are so happy with the service and the price. I will never go to any other place for service of electric, a/c or plumbing. Dipple Plumbing are fantastic people and everyone who came out to our home was very friendly and professional, I just want to thank all of them. more

Excellent performance 7/21/2014

Our family went without heat for 3 months to save up for an entire system and then we were introduced to Dipple Plumbing. We never thought we could afford to get a better system then the one offered by our original heating and air company, but Dipple Plumbing not only offered a better more efficient product, but also a payment plan that did not charge us more interest placing our family in more debt. With the economy always taking from the people, I experienced a company that looks to give back to the people. The service, install, and equipment are all top notch at Dipple Plumbing. more

A Great Experience 7/20/2014

My 15 year old AC/Furnace system developed a Freon leak. The initial service call recommended a full system replacement. I asked who he (the service tech) would recommend for competitive quotes...Dipple was one of them. Of three who quoted, Dipple was the only one who recommended replacing only the AC. All others quoted AC and Furnace. Cost was, of course, significantly less but I was given the impact down the road with this choice. Made sense. Install was great. The kind of people you ask to stay for dinner. Follow up unexpectedly professional. They are my go-to source for AC/Heat/Plumbing. more

Professional, Prompt, Excellent Service! 7/10/2014

Hiring a plumber isn't usually a pleasant experience until you meet the plumbers at Dipple. I have hired them twice now to fix issues with my sink and have been so impressed with their professionalism, promptness, and speedy work. I was also impressed with their rate book that had everything spelled out for me so I DID NOT feel like I was being ripped off. I have Dipple on speed dial now and have recommended them to my friends and family. Hire with confidence! more

After hours excellence 6/12/2014

I called after 5pm and the number went to voicemail. Frustrated, I moved on through the phone book. Less than 5 minutes later, the dispatcher had used my caller ID to call to make sure I was OK (her first question) and how she could help. I explained that I thought an electrical line may have been cut to my well pump. She helped me decide on which specialty to send out first, and luckily she was correct. Arron Simmons was at my house within an hour. He spent a little time being a detective and figured out my problem and fixed another potentially dangerous electrical problem because he was so thorough. I cannot express how impressed with the level of service I was given with an after-hours problem. I was treated as the most important client that Aaron had seen that entire week, and he went way beyond to make sure my problem was fixed and my family was safe. All the while he was working, he had wonderful things to say about his job, his boss and his career. How rare is that these days?! I will absolutely be using Dipple (and will request Aaron) for any future work, including a remodel we are considering. Sincerely, SDE Pacolet, SC more

Great service, quick and efficient 6/9/2014

Our customer service experience with you was great! We had an issue with our air conditioning, and called and made an appointment. The person who came out called ahead of time as promised and then was very quick and efficient when he got there. He explained everything to us, and the price was reasonable and he was friendly and helpful. more

Excellent Service and Price Even when Understaffed 5/26/2014

My water heater went bad on a Friday. I called Dipple and she was able to dispatch a plumber (Mark - deserves this shout out) the next day. While Mark was installing the new unit, I learned that they had (I think it was) three technicians out - sick, injured and hospitalized. I had not used them before, but they had pulled out all the stops to help me anyway. And Mark did a stellar job, was very friendly, was very honest and fair (I won't explain the details), and the equipment they install is first rate - only things Dipple knows is built well and has a good history of performance. more

Very Disappointed 5/21/2014

Beware of this company for heating and air conditioning repairs. We called Dipple because our air conditioning system in our home was not working. The technician (Brian) came out and was in our home for less than an hour and informed us that our Zone Control board was bad and a new board would be $1,100. We told him we would have to think about such a large expenditure on our older unit....He charged us $204 and left. I began researching Zone Control board prices.....I could not find ANY board over $175....this crook was trying to charge $1,100! Once we found out he was lying about the price we began to wonder if the board was even the problem. Long story short....It was NOT the Zone control board as the Dipple tech (Brian) had stated. The problem was the thermostat....We had replaced the old thermostat (which I had told Brian) and the new thermostat was not compatible with the Zone Control system. We purchased the proper thermostat for $39.00...installed it in less than 10 minutes....Air conditioning works great. Shame on you Dipple....you came into our home, charged us $204 and lied about what was REALLY wrong with our system and attempted to steal $1,100 from us. I wonder how many innocent people Dipple steals money from on a daily basis? It's companies like you that give other companies a bad reputation in the HVAC industry. I will be sure to spread the word....Avoid Dipple at all cost more

Excellent, Professional, Efficient 5/14/2014

I had a small water leak. I called Dipple based on a Google search and an online coupon offer. They responded quickly, assessed the situation, accommodated my busy schedule, and completed the job quickly. The serviceman was courteous, respectful and pleasant. I will call them again and highly recommend them based on this experience. more

HVAC Service 5/10/2014

We called Dipple regarding a yearly spring HVAC check-up. After calling a few competitors and being told it be a week before someone could come out, we called Dipple and they had someone out that afternoon. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and did not use high pressure tactics. We have an older unit that I know will be needing to be replaced within a few years, but the technician worked hard to make sure it was running as well as it could. When our unit finally gives up the ghost, Dipple is at the top of my list for replacement. more

Top quality work at fair prices! 4/24/2014

Overall I had an excellent experience working with Dipple Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air. Mark the plumber that came out was courteous and helpful, gave me some tips on how to manage issues like this myself, and all in all made me feel much better about the situation at hand. Not to mention is was pouring rain during the time of the service but he never let that beknown as an issue. Very courteous and professional minded service man and I recommend both him and Dipple Plumbing & Electrical to anybody else in the area looking for a reliable and affordable handyman for these issues. Excellent and personal service! 3/20/2014

I had a leaky shower and faucet. The Dipple team of Mark Chapman and Danny Bolta were timely, professional, and had excellent workmanship. I especially like the thoughtfulness of covering their shoes before walking through my house. I would highly recommend these gentlemen to complete any plumbing needs! more

The 1st one to come to my rescue 3/2/2014

I have a new water heater but for some reason it needed a new element.....so I called several companies to come out to my rescue but Dipple was the only one that came at the time I needed. And on top of that it was within 45mins I also learned that the part that I got for my water heater came with a 1 year warranty!!!.I appreciate everything that Dipple has done me. I am a very satisfied customer. more

Life Saver for my Elderly Parents 2/25/2014

I cannot ever express my appreciation for Dipple and their very dependable electricians, Aaron Simmons and Ryan! I was visiting my parents in Greenville for several Drs. appointments when they experienced some electrical issues in their home. I contacted Dipple on Friday morning and they responded quickly. As it turns out, my parents home had some major electrical issues which resulted in Duke Power cutting the power to their home for the repairs to be made. I had to move my parents out of their home and into a hotel on a Friday night. After explaining to Aaron Simmons our situation, that I had to return to Texas, and my parents health concerns, he told me that they would work on Sunday to try to get the issues resolved and my parents back into their home as soon as possible! And, that is exactly what happened! I will forever be grateful for the care and concern that they showed to my parents, in their excellent work ethic and in getting the job done and done well. Thank you!!! more

Very Professional Company 2/13/2014

I had my deep well inlet moved, a pressure tank replaced, a whole house filter added, a clean out valve added and a new hot water heater replaced. All at the same time. Billy and his electrician were up-front about the cost involved, timely in their completion of the project and professionally handled the tasks at hand. I was pleasantly surprised with the level of personal service and concern that Billy had for my satisfaction. He even went as far as taking a call weeks later after the severe cold snap. The issue ended up being unrelated to the job Dipple performed, but he called to make sure the issue was resolved anyway. I was reluctant at first to contact a company such as Dipple as they are many times associated with a higher cost. However, my experience was very positive and the costs were competitive. I will be contacting them again for any future needs. more

Excellent, Prompt Service on New Year's Day 2/5/2014

A house full of holiday guests and the heat in the in-law-suite stops working. This could have turned into a nightmare but instead Dipple saved our holiday (and sanity)! We searched online for a company to use and came across the ad for Dipple. We read enough positive reviews to know that they should be able to help us in a hurry. From the lady answering the phone to the technician that came out to the house. Everyone was very helpful! The technician that came out (sorry, I've forgotten his name), even called the following day to make sure everything was still working and to see if there was anything else that we needed. Great service! We highly recommend them!! more
