My only complaint is the price Dipple Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air charges for their services. First, they had the wrong address so I had to wait for them to come from almost 3 miles away. Second, they also charged me $49 to come to my house (this does not include the diagnosis and the repair charges).
I have nothing against their work ethics; they are excellent. I had a gas tank water heater problem and it was repaired excellent. They are very personable, and the guy whom I dealt with was great! However, if I would have know their prices, I would have shuffled around for other people before calling them.
