I've been doing business with Dillons Jewelers for about 5 years now, everyone there is very knowledgeable and 99.9% of the employees are awesome, there is one guy there that sorta has an attitude but usually when I go there I just try to deal with Robyn, who def knows her stuff! She's awesome, helpful and was more than willing to explain the process of white gold to me, also they fixed my bracelet clasp free of charge, which may not seem like much, but any other place would have tried to sell me a whole knew clasp when there was nothing wrong with the one I had other than it was bent. Over all I would recommend Dillons Jewelry for all your gold and silver needs and I'd highly recommend Robyn...it's nice to go somewhere where they remember you and know your name and treat you like a good customer, and she def does ALL that and more! more

Very poor customer service! My husband and I bought our rings from there in 2010 and have had nothing but problems. I've had the diamonds fall out at least 10 times just in the short time that I have had the ring. (Sometimes they replaced them for free and a couple times they made me pay $10) I got my ring cleaned at another jeweler and one of the diamonds fell out while they were cleaning it, they replaced it (for free) and stated that that type of ring should have never been sized to fit my small finger and that the jeweler should have known that or resized the prongs as well. Most of the staff and the female owner have the worst attitudes and treat you like they are doing me a favor when they fix it for free. I will never refer this place to anyone! more

My husband and I both bought out rings from Dillons, BIG MISTAKE. We have had the worst service everytime we go in there. We have also had several problems with the actual rings. I will never spend another dime there more

Very recently, I suggested to my son that he go to Dillon's to check out their engagement rings. He is comparing prices and I thought since Dillon's is in our locality, he might want to keep the business local. more

I shopped my gold around to over 10 different stores and Dillon's gave me over $300 more than anyone else around. I now buy my jewelry there too! They take care of their customers! more

Purchased an engagement ring and was very impressed with the fast courteous professional service of the staff. Frank applied no pressure and very knowledgable. He worked with me for some time at my own pace. Will definately go back for future jewelry needs. more

This was a horrible experience. I was mad that when they soldered my Sterling Silver Bracelet a whole section turned black the lady told me just the spot would turn black where they dropped the solder at but would not notice . So the owner comes over an says if you know how to read the repair slip we wouldn't be having this argument as if I am illiterate or non American. I will never go here again and I will be telling anyone and everyone not to ever go here and I hope his business closes! more

We started shopping at Dillons a few years ago, when my husband decided to surprise me with a new diamond ring. They were very patient with us, as I had no idea what Iwanted. They sized it right there for me. We deal with Frank and he remembers our name every time we come in there... And Jerome is awesome to. Genuine people. Genuine Service. I will continue to shop there....hopefully for more surprises from hubby. more

This is my favorite place and has been for about 10 years. My mother and I go there all the time and they are very nice and call us by our names. They are so friendly and down to earth that I won't go anywhere else and I always tell people to go here. \r \r As to that other review about the coupon. I work in retail and they were right about not honoring the coupon. I have told several customers that I wont honor the coupon that they left at home. You must have the coupon to get the discount. I have been shopping at Dillon's Jewelers for over 6 years. I was brought in by a $1.99 watch battery coupon and I have been hooked every since. They changed my watch battery in a matter of a few moments and never pushed me to buy anything else in the store. They even showed me that I had a bad seal and fixed it right then and there for $5.00 more. \r \r Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. (I usually deal with George he is the best)\r I bought my engagement ring and many other gifts from Dillon?s. The engagement ring I bought they sized it right there as I waited. Also as I was watching them size my ring one of the other employees (Jerome) went to 7-11 and bought me a Coke and refused to let me pay for his or even mine. I know it was a little thing but the meant a lot to me. \r \r I had a bunch of old broken gold and George hooked me up. I will never patronize this establishment or recommend it. It was a $1.99 watch battery replacement coupon that led me to one of the worst customer service experiences in my lifetime. I was looking through a local coupon book that arrived in the mail last week. I had recently done some cleaning and found a watch that I'd forgotten I owned. I immediately thought about the watch battery coupons that I?d seen and decided to get my watch working. Here?s the catch, there was another watch battery coupon for one of the stores in the Westland Mall, Brilliant Diamond. Since I was going to the mall I decided to pay the few cents more. As planned, I went to the mall first and mentioned to the guy that I had saw his ad for battery replacement and that I had left my coupon at home. The gentleman said, we will gladly honor it. I had a clock that needed to be fixed, and they did a great job fixing it. They had it working like new in just a few days! I was very very happy with their service as well as their reasonable pricing. They also resize your rings, carry all types of watch batteries that they can replace for you while you wait, and they sell watches too. They buy your old jewelry, watches, and coins too. Very clean, ample parking, with a friendly staff. Open late on weekdays (8PM) and open on Saturdays too! more
