I will never patronize this establishment or recommend it. It was a $1.99 watch battery replacement coupon that led me to one of the worst customer service experiences in my lifetime. I was looking through a local coupon book that arrived in the mail last week. I had recently done some cleaning and found a watch that I'd forgotten I owned. I immediately thought about the watch battery coupons that I?d seen and decided to get my watch working. Here?s the catch, there was another watch battery coupon for one of the stores in the Westland Mall, Brilliant Diamond. Since I was going to the mall I decided to pay the few cents more. As planned, I went to the mall first and mentioned to the guy that I had saw his ad for battery replacement and that I had left my coupon at home. The gentleman said, we will gladly honor it. That is good business! They were having trouble removing the cover off the back of the watch and asked me if I could bring it back on Tuesday when the jeweler w
