Very poor customer service! My husband and I bought our rings from there in 2010 and have had nothing but problems. I've had the diamonds fall out at least 10 times just in the short time that I have had the ring. (Sometimes they replaced them for free and a couple times they made me pay $10) I got my ring cleaned at another jeweler and one of the diamonds fell out while they were cleaning it, they replaced it (for free) and stated that that type of ring should have never been sized to fit my small finger and that the jeweler should have known that or resized the prongs as well. Most of the staff and the female owner have the worst attitudes and treat you like they are doing me a favor when they fix it for free. I will never refer this place to anyone! more
