DiLauro\r \r Oh my GOD where do I start...\r I called up to ask for Lip and Chin Laser hair removal procedure....they said it will be 150 for each time usually takes upto 6 procedures and \r they have a package, if I buy all 6 up front they only charge me for 5 and give me the 6th one free.\r \r The initial welcoming was good and they took me to a room where nurse explained everything of the procedure.To my 1st shock the nurse will be the one \r who will do all the procedures not the doctor. Then the nurse handed out a sheet and told me that for this month there is a special deal \r for lip and chin for $75 a procedure and u buy 6 get the 6th one free.That is like a very good deal...for $450.\r \r I wanted to talk to the doctor before I decide on doing the procedure or not...but nurse said only after me paying for the treatment and \r once nurse starts the procedure then the Doc comes to chk if I have any questions...but if the procedureis already started what is the point\r in talking to the doc..if we want to make a decision...anyways I thought that is OK may be the doc is busy...\r \r So I thought I will go head and do my 1st time procedure that day itself and gave my card for payment of all 6,or actually supposed to be 5.\r Then the nurse came back told me that I still have to buy the 6th one as this is a promotional deal.I said OK\r Then again she came back telling me that lip and chin is not $75 it is $150 and still have to buy the 6th one and the total will be $900 I am like\r what is happening do the people there know what are their prices and deals or they just talk what ever they want.\r \r I said you guys told me over phone and here different prices so I thought I might be eligible for little discount and asked the nurse,\r she said the doc is not willing to unless u wanted to talk to the doc. I said ok let me talk to the doc.\r Here comes DR.Marie N. DiLauro , no hello hai or any warm greeting...straight o the point telling she cannot do it, her staff\r did a mistake telling wrong prices but she cannot do it in a very high voice and in the ruddest way that one can talk.\r And she told me if I wanted discount she will give and do not do the treatment properly....I am like I am done I dont have\r to give my face to some one who says they wont do the treatment properly...how can I trust them even after paying what they asked for.\r \r And guys the picture which we see is what 10-15 older..the doctor is much different than the picture.\r I am pretty sorry for the nurses there , if she talked to me like that she must have bashed the nurses left and right for giving the wrong prices.Poor ones more

Dr. DiLauro really cares about her patients. She takes an interest in how they want to look and thies to help them achieve that. The staff is very professional and eager to assist with any issue. I can only say wonderful things about this experience. more

I really enjoy coming to Reflections, the office is so beautiful and the staff are so friendly. They treat you like they have known you forever. It is very comforting. The procedures I received gave me great results. My stomach has always been a problem area and I really did not want major surgery so the Vaser Liposuction option worked great for me. My first experience with Reflections was for a weight loss consult. I ended up using a non-evasive treatment plan. I lost almost 50 pounds in about 6-8 weeks. Talk about feeling healthier and increased self esteem. I have kept most of the weight off. Dr. DiLauro explains all options and what is best for you. Her staff is also very knowledgable about the procedures and can professionally answer any questions you may have. I have attended each open house and Dr. Marie makes time to talk with each attendee and once again her staff are pleasant and can answer questions that you may have. I had, and continue to have faith in Reflections for any procedures I may choose in the future. If you are considering any type of procedure, this is the place you should go. more

My first experience with skin care by Dr. DiLauro was back in 2004 when I had my first Titan Treatment, along with a few other procedures. I saw the gradual changes that not only helped lift and rejuvenate my skin, but my spirit as well. After years of sun damaged skin due to my gardening habits, I am taking better care of my skin now and also using the skin care products which are helping greatly. I recently had the Thermage Treatment and Radiesse. The tired look is gone and my skin continues to improve. I look at least 10 years younger. Also, I love the relaxing and friendly atmosphere. Having a fat stomach really bothered me, but I could not get it to go away no matter how much diet and exercise I did. Dresses would hide it some, but I hated how I looked in slacks and jeans, not to mention a bikini. And I didn't feel sexy anymore. I had my Vaser Lipo procedure performed by Dr. Marie in her office. I am so happy that I had the Vaser Liposuction procedure. After having 6 kids, no matter how much I worked-out I could not lose the fat around my middle. It was so amazing! I went to Reflections because I wanted to look like myself ...only younger and more refreshed. Dr. Marie suggested that I try filler in my cheeks & lips. Wow what a difference a little bit of Restylane makes! Not only do I look at least 10 years younger but I feel pretty again. I had a color lift done and started Obagi about a month ago by Dr. DiLauro and my skin has never looked better!!!! A color lift is a IPL and a Profractional combined. Almost every single one of my brown spots are gone after one treatment. My brows are a bit higher and my skin is tighter as well. I am almost 36 and I look better now than I did in my late 20's. Just the other day my 12yr old daughter was looking at my face and said ""Wow mommy your face looks so pretty"" I almost cried. I don't understand how anyone could say anything negative about Dr. DiLauro she is one of the most caring doctors that I have ever met. She actually cares about your results and if you ever have any questions she takes the time to answer them even when she has a busy schedule. She doesn't rush you out the door or act like you are bothering her with any concerns. Whenever you are getting a skin treatment there are after care proceedures that you have got to follow or else your skin witll go right back to the way it was. Laser treatments are not a magic wand that protect you from any further damage it is up to you to take care of your skin or else you are just going to waste your money no matter what doctor you go to. Do you think for one second that after getting this treatment I will ever go outside with out sunblock on, sleep in my make up or ever step into a tanning bed again? NOPE!!!! She gives you the tools and the education on how to keep your skin looking great but it is up to you to keep it up and take care of it. I would absolutely recomend Dr. DiLauro to everyone I meet, and if my girls ever have a problem with acne you better believe she is the first person I will call. The VShape fat melting treatments Dr.DiLauro offers are amazing! It was the easiest way I ever lost a few inches! The treatments were pain free and very relaxing with no down time or side effects. Not to ment she BURN me really really bad causeing me to scar she told me my scar would go away asap. She gave me wrong infromation and misled me. I spen all my money in her care and I trusted her. They contacted me and told me to do something about this matter. What do I do?? Dr. are supposed to help people not take their money. I was told I was young and dumb by her secertary named Chris. Julie was the only nice one. I saw Dr. DiLauro for about 4 years now. My mom saw her too. My mom is 55 and she also spent thousands of dollars at Reflections of Beauty. I have pictures where she left me to scar for life and videos of her thermage procedure... only last at most 10 min. dr. dilauro complaind the whole time about having to proform the proceder to 7 different people that day. she wasnt very interested in my acne concern. www.faceandlegs. My face has never looked better! I started on the Obagi System, I have had a Profractional Laser Treatment and a Skin Tyte Treatment on my face. My face looks and feels great! \r \r Dr. DiLauro is honest, friendly and everytime I am at her office I feel like I am at home.
