We have purchased two vehicles from Dick Hannah in Kelso and have been very happy. They epitomize service with a smile - everyone is welcoming and friendly. I don't feel intimidated to ask questions about my vehicle or to get explanations on billing. I walk away feeling like i've gotten quality service - and we love our Toyota 4Runner and Tacoma. more

Pleasant People and Super Service 7/17/2011

I've been taking my 2001 Camry there for years and they've always taken good care of me. Everyone is friendly, they explain problems in a way that I understand and also let me know which problems can wait and which should be seen to right away. I like the email reminder of my appointment. I still get over 30 mpg and I have over 160,000 miles on the car so I think they are doing a great job. more

Good Service As Always 6/30/2011

I called and scheduled an oil change and inspection for our Toyota 4 Runner. They were very polite & professional over the phone. They also called and sent me an email to remind me of my appointment. When I got there they were right there to get me and my car taken care of. They gave me a specific time that it would take, but it took less time then was indicated. I waited in their ""waiting"" area which is always clean, and they have coffee & tea and a snack machine. I actually like going there when its time, and I'm never disappointed. more

Unbelieveable Service 6/8/2011

I continue to be impressed with the service at Dick Hannah Toyota in Kelso. In my most recent visit I requested diagnoses of an electrical problem with my Tundra. Within five minutes of moving my vehicle into the service are, the service foreman was reporting the finding. The problem was found, a plan of action was developed, and I was on my way with confidence and satisfaction. What a great team and I return again to Dick Hannah for their great service. more

I recently purchased a new Tacoma from Dick Hannah Toyota of Longview and had a great buying experience. Don Martin was very professional and found the exact vehicle I was looking for. Great Service 3/10/2011

Everyone wants a new car but no one likes the process. However, Long made the process ""pain-free"". I told Long exactly what I was looking for and exactly what I wanted to pay. Needless to say, he listened and I got exactly what I wanted.....Of all the salesman I dealt with, I believe that Long is the best. When it's time for me to upgrade, I look forward to buying my next car from here!! more

great car service 10/20/2010

Just bought a 2006 Toyota prius from another dealer in Oregon only to find out that the oil was over filled, the filters were filthy and car needed brake work. Mary was very polite, friendly and helpful. We were also provided with transportation. This was kind of fun. We were dropped of at the star bucks, went shopping and then were picked up and brought home. When car was ready the really nice driver picked us up again. The car was even washed and vacuumed, no extra charge. Everyone one we came into contact with took the time to politely answer any questions. more

Best Car Purchase Experience 7/22/2010

We stopped by after hours to look at a truck and ended up buying one. \r Barbie Torgeson was very friendly, stayed until 11pm and helped us get the truck we wanted!\r If you're in the hunt for a new or used vehichle, definately stop by and ask for her!\r \r Pros: Great Customer Service more

Often when I go to a business the employees act like they just started that day or they've never done a transaction like that before but not at Dick Hannah Toyota ! We were looking for a certain toyota tacoma in Black. They found it at another dealership, went up and got it. Would highly recommend Dan Medack and will do business again with him when we are ready for another vehicle. Financing was quick and easy. Very smoooth process. Just would like to thank ""JAMIE"" Dick Hannah Toyota finance manager. She explained everything very well and answered all my questions. She is very professional and friendly. A+ Customer Service!!! 10/12/2009

I was dead set on buying a Jeep Cherokee. My mind was made up. Then, my husband wanted to just ""stop by"" the toyota dealership. To be nice, I said, ok. Shaun was our salesman, and let me just say, this guy KNOWS customer service. By the time we had left the dealership , not only was I totally sold on the 4Runner, I wanted to go back and buy another car . I have never felt so at ease in this process of car buying. So Shaun if you are reading this, here's a shout out to you! A job well done!!! We will definitely be back so don't go nowhere :o) Pros: Excellent Customer Service!! Cons: Can't think of one. more

Great Buying Experience 10/11/2009

We have purchased 2 vehicles from Don Schimmel. We would never go anywhere else as we had such a great experience with him. He was caring, courteous and made us feel that he knew exactly what we were looking for both times. He listened, was very patient and understanding. He showed us that we could feel comfortable in a car dealership and not feel pressured!\r I recommend Don for anyone. If you don't know what you want, he can help you decide and when you leave the dealership, after working with him, you will have a sense of relief and a smile on your face! more

Great place to buy a truck 10/9/2009

Shaun was very knowledgable about toyota trucks and had a wide range of answers to our questions. He was also extremely helpful in finding financing that was acceptable to us. Wonderful Car Buying Experience 10/8/2009

This was a WONDERFUL car buying experience for me. This was my first time ""new car,"" and I came into the Dick Hannah Toyota/Scion dealership well schooled and educated in the car that I wanted to purchase. ""Dan Medack"" was a wonderful and most helpful sales associate. He made my buying process run smooth, and made sure that I got my brand new Scion Tc when I wanted it. He compleatly jumped through hoops for me, even going as far as to put my new plates on my car in the puring rain!! I was impressed with my car buying experience and the quality of the service i recived. My Scion is AWESOME! Pros: Great Customer Service more

I went in to buy a car and although they did not have what i wanted they went extremely out of their way to try. Kevin miller was extremely knowledgable and was not very pressuring like most car salesman are. If they had the car i wanted i would have definately purchased from this dealership. great experience!!! more
