I made a appointment over the internet(which was extremely easy )for saturday , March 27 to get my van serviced. When I dropped my 2008 Sienna off the service guy signed me in right away with no complications or waiting .It was the same when I picked my van up , No Problems ! Often when I go to a business the employees act like they just started that day or they've never done a transaction like that before but not at Dick Hannah Toyota !
Pros: All service was done and on time as promised .
