I was dead set on buying a Jeep Cherokee. My mind was made up. Then, my husband wanted to just ""stop by"" the toyota dealership. To be nice, I said, ok. Shaun was our salesman, and let me just say, this guy KNOWS customer service. By the time we had left the dealership , not only was I totally sold on the 4Runner, I wanted to go back and buy another car . I have never felt so at ease in this process of car buying. So Shaun if you are reading this, here's a shout out to you! A job well done!!! We will definitely be back so don't go nowhere :o)
