I had a broken Ice maker in my LG fridge, tech came in 4 times, after the 3rd time he said everything was fixed, but I noticed some parts still laying around. I checked the fridge...

thank you guys! You saved my life again!\r I used Dial Appliance several times during last 10 years - in my old house I had a problem almost every year .... my frig did not work properly , then washer , then drier ...... they fixed it all. I used to have their number on a wall!\r Always respond right a way. with a great service and dissent price.\r But now I have a new house ... and guess what - my dishwasher stopped to work after a party! First I started to panic! But then I called Dial Appliance. \r When guy came he found that some part need to be ordered .... they came again to install it. And what a surprise - part was defected. They had to order another one ....\r They did not give up on me ..... in a day or two they came again ... installed new part and my machine working now. They did not charged me for extra visit ... they did everything very professional . So the main point - thank you! Now I have your phone not just on wall but on my speed dialing! more

The Ones to Call 3/10/2012

I have used Dial Appliance Service a couple times. They fixed my refrigerator last year and my washer this year. I must say, this is top notch service. Both times, I received same day service. There was no waiting for the technician for hours (an unpleasant experience I have had countless times with other companies). The technicians were confident to answer any questions I threw at them about my fridge or washer. They were just nice guys in general, too. I have recommended them to friends, and the reviews I get back are nothing but positive. This is the company to call for your next repair. more

Superb Service 5/5/2011

I hired Dial Appliance to come out for a leak in my refrigerator that I couldn't find where it's coming from. I have three kids and when my refrigerator isn't working it's a very stressful day. I was surprised that I got an appointment later same day. Technician practically rebuilt the thing, and the leak is gone. Its cool that I also have a whole year of warranty if that thing come back. Definitely use these people again. more

Great work! 4/2/2011

I contacted Dial Appliance when my dishwasher broke a few days ago. The service representative was very courteous. He was able to answer most of my questions and explained several factors that might have caused my appliance to stop working. A tech was able to come out the very same day. He was professional and diagnosed the problem within minutes. I had to wait only one day for a part to arrive but it was worth it. I would recommend these guys to anyone. more

I had a few appliances fixed over the course of several years (All work was done in a timely manner, price was reasonable and quality of repairs was very good in one case extending the life span of an expensive appliance which stopped working just after the warranty expired. I was always treated very professionally and even cordially.It is a typical neighborhood small business, a little cluttered, can use a better system to track where stuff is - but so what? The job is done well, the price is right and the owner is friendly. I recommended this place to a couple of people and they thanked me. more
